Skin and Cancer Institute - Henderson (Whitney Ranch)

Today I had one of the most efficient appointments of my life. Between my insurance and this place I didn't have to worry about coming back for another appointment after getting a PA. I had a minor procedure and I return in two weeks for results. What?! And I was out of there in under an hour? Beyond happy! Thank you to the staff and the provider. It was a pleasure to be a patient of Dr Aaron's. With Ari in the room with me the entire time, I was never uncomfortable. Great experience all around.

The front desk staff was very helpful, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. However, the wait time was longer than expected. My son’s appointment was scheduled for 3:15 PM, but he was not called back until 4:00 PM. Additionally, clearer communication regarding the specific documents required for new patients would be beneficial. It was somewhat challenging to locate the correct insurance card with the necessary information. Overall, that was the only downside to an otherwise positive experience.

The front office on the day of the appointment was well organized. I had filled out forms online but still needed to fill out others, I still don’t understand why I couldn’t do them ahead. Otherwise, the front desk person was very pleasant, the nurse (Stephanie??) and Aaron, the PA, were wonderful. It was my first appointment for full body cancer screen and Aaron was very thorough. The entire process was well organized and patient focused. Based on initial visit, I would highly recommend this office, especially Stephanie and Aaron for cancer screening. Thanks.

Amazing ! They got me in the Next Day for an appointment without a referral (because of my insurance). They were so nice and professional + the Doctor was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my finger just by looking at it . Best office ever! Thank you so much for getting me in so quickly _ seriously!

This is my second visit. The staff and drs are amazing. Very friendly and helpful!! And they completely answer all your questions. I have already referred 2 of my coworkers. Very professional and caring!

They are so personable, especially Ari and Arron. They have great bedside manner and never "rush" me. The facility is clean and well maintained. I'm 80 years old and some doctors and staff talk to me like a little kid. I HATE that. Here, I am treated like a person. I really like that. Kudos to them Rick Korenthal

Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming! Aaron Storey, PA-C is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. He listens to your concerns and addresses them appropriately. I would highly recommend him.
