Dr. Lam Lee is very professional, knowledgeable he answers all my questions and concerns. My daughter’s skin is perfect . I’m very thankful for the results and the time of the treatment was very reasonable. The medical assistants are very helpful and kind. Perfect location .

PA Le is a gem. I was so frustrated and stressed out about my babies persistent skin concern and he not only waited for us after us hours since we were driving an hour one way but also listened and looked over and over and went through all the possibilities and you could see visible concern in his face which most people find disheartening but after over a month of something on a baby causing pain it was very nice to not feel gaslit into thinking I am being crazy or over sensitive as a first time parent. Also big big shoutout to Dina(Sorry if I misspelled it) for being so nice when we were late not only did she wait for us she did not give me an ounce of attitude and was just happy to help. She even scheduled a follow up appointment instead of telling me to call in the next day. Coming from a person whose been there done that I know it is not easy to wait at the end of day when you just want to go home so thank you again so much for calming and helping a stressrd out mom and a hurting baby. We need more medical professionals like you.

I am always nervous prior to my appointment. This appointment was my yearly check. I arrived early and it was lunch time. I was greeted warmly and while it was mentioned the staff was at lunch it was said in passing with no negativity. I was called in and the MA was terrific. She made me feel comfortable and my wait for the Dr. was brief. Dr. Zimmerman is reassuring as he has been with all previous visits. He always gives me the feeling I am in good hands and they will take care of me. He is thorough while treating me with dignity.

Dr.Ash (at his request) was very personable, friendly, concerned about my well being, my comfort and he even played my favorite music (a first time experience for me). He explained every step along the way. I cant say enough good things about him. I highly recommend him!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOLDEN STATE DERMATOLOGY!! LAMAI IS VERY AWESOME. I have been getting Botox and lip filler treatments for almost 20 years and she has been one, if not the best nurse I've had so far. I especially appreciate the time she took with me doing things like tending to my bleeding since I tend to bleed a lot, she was very calm and controlled when I felt a little lightheaded and continued to proceed very professionally and unbothered, she was calm had a very good eye for detail among a lot of other qualities that isn't very common in your every day medical field. Also, I like the professionalism and kindness of their staff - they seem flexible and chill. Not uptight and super money-motivated, like most places can be. I really appreciate Lamai and her expertise and I'm very happy I found a new place and injection nurse. I will definitely be recommending Golden State Dermatology to friends and others!

I’ve been going to Lamai for my last 4 appointments and she always listens to what I want and gives me her insight . I trust her and will continue going to her , I would definitely recommend my family and friends if they are looking for someone for their Botox or skin .

I have to assume the 4+ star overall rating is based on any location other than Brentwood. This would have been comical if it weren't related to one's actual healthcare. You are required to sign "forms" that you're not allowed to see, if you're lucky you'll be seen roughly 15-30 minutes after your scheduled time and signing the secret forms will take longer than your actual visit. But while you wait you can listen to GSD's collection calls. Hey Ann - you owe GSD $30 and they need that NOW. I listened to the collection calls for at least 6 people. You'll learn more about their cancellation & no show policy than you will your actual care. *Shout out to the medical assistant that was incredibly kind & professional, and seemed to care more in general than the actual doctor who googled a photo to show me, then told me if my concern bothered me, I could follow up. I thought I WAS there to address the concern but clearly he was much too busy for that. My husband had a great experience at the Pleasant Hill location but this was all around an awful time.
