REN Dermatology BRENTWOOD

This was my first appointment with them and I had a great experience! Everyone was very kind and helpful. My provider, Maggie Park, explained everything clearly and was so nice and patient. I felt very comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Dr. Gelbard is fantastic. I would recommend her to anyone, without reservation. She’s a clinically excellent dermatologist. She cares for her patients with a wonderful balance of kindness and efficiency. She gets more done in a 15 minute appointment than most doctors can in twice that time. I always leave feeling seen and heard, with my questions clearly answered, and with a plan in place. The Brentwood REN Dermatology staff is also excellent, and I appreciate their great care.

Absolutely awful service. They just treat you like trash because they don't need your business. I saw Dr. Land while she was there for 2 years and she was great. Then at some point she decided to leave and start her own practice. She neglected to tell this to any of her patients though, and so I made a follow up appointment with her 6 months out. Two months later, she announced her departure. I asked to see a different provider and was told by Ariel I would hear back. No one ever called me back. I requested a refill on a pretty necessary prescription yesterday, and it has now been two days without having my prescription refilled or notified of any issues with issuing the refill. Still am unable to get an appointment booked. The Team lead or whatever Meagan is extremely dismissive and rude. I wish I had never come here to begin with.

I highly recommend REN Dermatology. Very nice staff that patiently answers all your questions. Maggie is the best at what she does if your going for fillers or any treatment of that sort. She takes the time to understand what your main concerns are and comes up with a treatment plan with absolutely no pressure.

my experience was amazing! Dr. Ren.was very nice and so everyone at the front desk. i arrived late for my appointment. and they didn't say you have to re -schedule. did not have to wait long to be seen. i was very impressed. my first visit. great bedside manners.

I love love love Ren. Everyone is always so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure patients feels comfortable and taken care of. My physician Maggie is an absolute gem and I cannot recommend her enough! If you’re looking for a wonderful office (or physician) for your skin care needs, look no further!😊

Dr. Jennifer is the one of best doctors that I’ve met in my life! She is very caring and makes sure my recovery for certain treatments are quick and smooth. The staff there are also kind. I’ve recommended this place to many of my friends.
