Olympic Dermatology & Laser Clinic

I went in for a recent skin check and saw a new provider, Suzanne Magann, PA-C, based on the recommendations of a friend. I have been a patient at this clinic for years. The office staff and techs are always friendly And helpful. My experience with Suzanne was fantastic! Not only was she knowledgeable and professional, but she was warm and a great conversationalist. I don’t think she saw me as just my skin 😉. A fantastic experience!

I had a very positive first experience here for my "yearly" skin-cancer check. I'm a stage III melanoma survivor and cancer free since 2016. I haven't had a check for awhile and being long overdue for one, I was nervous. I didn't need to be. It was a relaxing visit with all my concerns addressed and PA Allie Garrett was professional and reassuring.

I got to my appt quite a bit early so I had a chance to sit in the waiting room for an extended period of time until my appt. While I waited I was kind of passively listening as the front desk staff helped patients checking in and out. They were extremely friendly, patient and always super professional. People were helped almost immediately. They didn’t have to wait for staff to carry on personal conversations or complete tasks if someone was in line. It was clear that patient care starts as soon as you walk in the door. The medical staff is also wonderful, listens to your concerns and puts you at ease. I’ve never really had to wait long before so I didn’t even realize just how extraordinary this entire staff is.

Dr Martin was great in understanding and asks for feedback on his plan of treatment. Very easy to work with and get the job done. Very flexible and responsible. Both Amber/Ana both very caring and responded to my queries promptly and accommodated me for urgent requests. Very helpful. I am great full that i got Dr Martin and his staff.

We had a wonderful experience at this dermatology clinic while getting warts treated on my daughter’s hands. The staff was kind, patient, and made her feel completely at ease during the visit. The provider explained everything clearly and handled the treatment gently and efficiently. It was obvious they truly care about their patients, especially kids. We’re very grateful for the excellent care and would absolutely recommend this clinic to other families

Had an initial appointment with Brenda yesterday and felt extremely rushed. The entire appointment was 10 minutes from check-in until I was sitting back in my car. I was given written price list of services but really no detailed individualized recommendations, other than " from these two options for you". Feeling that rushed, no personable interaction and their high pricing will not make me get services there. I felt like they just see a cash cow walking into their doors. Sad.

The office was very professional. They discussed the procedure and what would happen. Their bedside manner was polite and helpful. Both the doctor and his assistant made sure I was comfortable at all times. In the end, they ensured I understood post-appointment care.
