Had my first appointment at derma yesterday as a first time patient at any medical spa. I just want to say that these people are so knowledgeable, kind, friendly and they truly make you feel comfortable especially when it's your first time getting an injection. I saw Kim and I was shocked by the amount of knowledge and patience that she showed me. I will certainly be a returning client for yours to come.

Bessie is absolutely wonderful! She made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to really listen and explain everything. She’s knowledgeable, kind and she genuinely cares. I’m seeing her for headaches and feel confident I’m in great hands. I highly recommend her!

Sarah treated me with the Alma hybrid CO2 laser, And it was by far the best aesthetic treatment I’ve ever received. She was thorough with explaining the procedure and the downtime, I received so many compliments on my skin from men and women! This clinic and staff is absolutely terrific, I love coming here!!

Laura performed lip injections for me recently and I am so pleased with the results, and the entire experience. I'm new to the clinic and its SO much better than where I came from. There were a lot of little thoughtful extras that were included that really impressed me. Laura is excellent and I'd highly recommend. I'm already planning what I'm going to have done next!

I’ve been going to Derma for a few years and have seen Amanda for botox and Jeni for laser procedures. Their professionalism, genuine care and wealth of knowledge is the best. If you’re thinking about skincare options I highly recommend coming here.

My two-month experience at Derm Medical Spa was nothing short of a rip-off and incredibly frustrating. Despite consistently giving my masseuse a $50 tip per session, the massages were boring and repetitive, with no variation in technique. Adding to the inconvenience, the masseuse frequently canceled last-minute, forcing me to constantly reschedule. What's worse, the owner charges double the prices found online and at other local med spas. To top it all off, after I simply voiced my negative opinion to another customer, Derm MedSpa barred me from returning, accusing me without ever asking for my perspective or attempting to address any of my concerns before telling me not to come back. Best go to Med Spa in Lacey for the very best, top of the line, decent, caring and kind people. Heads above this place.
