Madison went above and beyond by creating a skincare routine tailored specifically to me, and she even followed up the next day with additional recommendations, which meant so much and showed how genuinely invested she is in her clients. Wow -- what a terrific experience! Madison was enthusiastic, professional, and knowledgable. She invited me to choose the music and checked in with me each step of the way to ensure I was having the experience I wanted. She did a great job assessing my needs and suggested something I had never tried before, an LED treatment, at no added cost. She was low pressure and didn't try to sell me on additional products, although she did offer them and explain what they might do for me. This winter weather has done a number on my skin, and Madison suggested an and, the next morning, it feels entirely different, hydrated and soft, with no more flakes and dryness. I will go back again.

I had a deluxe facial with dermaplaning with Madison and it was amazing. The neck and shoulder massage and lymphatic drainage were incredible and so relaxing. SkinQ is excellent! Specifically, Bella Petersen is an outstanding aesthetician! I get regular Brazilians, leg wax, and underarm wax, and every experience is just perfect. Bella makes you feel very comfortable and is so amazing at waxing! I’ve booked my first facial with Bella and I cannot wait. Also, Bella has recommended skincare products that I’ve purchased and love. I cannot recommend SkinQ and Bella enough.

I was waxed by Kayla and it was a great experience as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It’s always nerve wracking getting a wax at a new place for the first time, especially as a heavier woman. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and any nerves I had were gone immediately. The quality of the service was excellent and they have a great selection of products available. The location is so handy - just down the street from Paulina EL station and the vibe is very calm when you walk in. There’s a wife variety of services available and based on my experience today, I’ll happily come back!

I've been going to SkinQ for over a year now and I truly keep having only the best experiences - the environment is welcoming, the staff is informative, the services are great (and even the specials they run on facials and products are worth mentioning).
