This is my 3rd appointment very good doctors always on time so happy.

Horrible experience. Although I can’t give feedback on how their doctor(s) are… I made an appointment nearly 2 weeks ago to include my insurance. 1 day prior to my scheduled appointment, I get a call stating that my insurance is good. I left early from work the next day dealing with traffic to get there on time which I did. As I fill out those forms nearing the last page, the receptionist tells me they don’t accept my insurance. Wait! What! "You told me yesterday that my insurance was good and now you tell me it isn’t!!!?". She explained to me that she didn’t check hard enough. Well isn’t that convenient! They had 2 weeks to determine my insurance status (which I know is good) as iv used my Magnacare in the past with no issues so the error had to be with them. Due to negligence I presume. In addition, why do they wait till the last min? Gives no time to look into discrepancies or time to resolve the problem. Literally last min! They did a very poor job verifying my insurance. What a waste of my time. I was highly inconvenienced due to their negligence with zero remorse. If they give as much effort on your well being as they do checking your insurance… This is not a practice I would recommend to anyone considering your health should be their number 1 concern. Clearly, "primary care" at this place is "secondary".

Vadim Pinkhasov has the best bedside manor and friendliest disposition. He made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. The entire staff are kind, gentle and friendly! Highly recommend!
