I’ve been seeing Dr. Edderai at Smile Expert Design Center for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, the staff is warm, welcoming, and super professional. The office is clean, modern, and very organized, which immediately makes you feel at ease. Dr. Edderai takes his time to explain everything clearly, answers all questions patiently, and never makes you feel rushed. He’s incredibly gentle and detail-oriented, always checking that you’re comfortable during the treatment. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and about the quality of his work, not just "getting it done." Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure, I always leave feeling confident that I’ve gotten top-level care. I highly recommend Smile Expert Design Center and Dr. Edderai to anyone looking for a dentist they can genuinely trust.

I always have a great experience here. The dentist is gentle, takes time to explain everything, and truly cares about patients. The staff is very helpful with insurance and billing, and the after-hours care is also amazing, they follow up with you which gives me a lot of peace of mind. The office is clean and welcoming. I don’t usually write reviews, but after being a patient here for 20 years, it feels deserved. This office has been a constant in my life, and that says everything. Dr. Jean-Jacques is someone I genuinely trust — he’s always there when you need him, whether it’s an emergency or just a question you didn’t even know how to ask yet. Paul and Sheila make every visit easier. They’re attentive, kind, and work together in a way that makes you feel taken care of, not rushed or dismissed. There’s a calm and welcoming energy in this office that you don’t find everywhere. Knowing I can call and actually get help — especially in urgent moments — has made all the difference over the years. I recommend this practice without hesitation, and I’m grateful to have been in such good hands for so long.

Frauds and liars! The doctor is a good actor; he gains your trust and then destroys your teeth to get money from the insurance. I came in for a cleaning, and he said I had to treat 13 teeth. I was surprised because I had visited a dentist a year ago, and everything was fine. But they insisted that I had cavities. After all the treatments, the filling fell off, and I was out of the country. So I had to go to another doctor and pay money to have it remade. After the dentist examined me, he said that there was no need to have made so many fillings. I was shocked. I requested my X-rays from Dr. Jean-Jacques Edderai’s office and sent them to an independent examination by American dentists—and they confirmed that I did not have so many cavities, and that I need to find a lawyer. By the way, my husband also went to Dr. Jean-Jacques Edderai at the same time as me, and his filling also fell off! So they don’t know how to treat; they treat what is not needed and then ignore you. Before posting this review, we tried to contact the doctor several times—he never called us back!

I am a first time patient and I would like to say, this was a great choice of recommendation from my former colleague. I am really afraid of a lot of dental procedures but, I am working on my nerves to continue the needed work. Dental Hygienist Eduardo is awesome. Everyone including Dr Jean Jacques was warm and caring. Thanks for everything and I will be back very soon 🙏💞🥰

WoW is an understatement! Had multiple cavities as well as crowns done over the course of several appointments. Always on time Always clean Kind caring & compassionate staff from the front desk, hygienist to the Dr himself!!! Thank you! I highly recommend!

Please listen to me before you come here. Literally had the worst experience ever. I have gone to one dentist almost all my life and since I recently changed insurance I decided to come here. I don’t trust anyone in my mouth, I decided to trust them. The ladies that did my teeth cleaning and my fillings were beyond sweet. They had patience. They were amazing. One of the ladies numb my mouth gently. She waited while I panicked because I hate numbing my mouth but I went through it and felt nothing with her. But the actual doctor, after I told him I didn’t feel my lips or tongue numb, came in absolutely AGGRESSIVE. For what? Then when I told it was time to drill, I felt my back tooth and told im repeatedly. He looked upset, he gave attitude, and still continued while I was in pain. I broke down crying, heart racing and hands shaking because why??? If I told you I was in pain why did you continue, I can be very sensitive but never have I ever experienced something like this. He looked at me through his gloves and walked outside of the room. I don’t think I ever want to step foot back in here. I can’t even talk because my throat is numb. Please be careful. I was so disappointed by the experience.
