I was very impressed by Dr. Michael Jacob. This is the best Dentist I have ever met. He is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a great job on my teeth. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend all my family members and friends to experience this Doctor.
No doubt, these guys are the best! The highest level of service and quality of work. I will always trust them in Miami. I highly recommend them if you want to be on the safe side with your dental health.
Came in for a quick cleaning and checkup. Marín, my hygienist, did an amazing job — fast, efficient, and very professional. She has a great touch and a calm, reassuring manner that made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. She provided excellent customer service and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Dr. Jacobs was great as well, doing a quick exam to ensure everything checked out. All in all, a very pleasant and efficient experience!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HERE if you are getting fixed retainers! I had mine for three years, and it broke while I was abroad eating chips. I traveled back with it (dealing with it cutting into my tongue) thinking they would repair it once I returned, as most fixed retainers, even though not permanent, tend to last more than three years. When I got to the office, I had to go twice because the manager who knew why I was coming scheduled me when the orthodontist was not even there. I wasn't really upset about them not replacing the retainer but more about the rude receptionist. Had she politely explained their one-year policy, which the doctor later told me about in a non-condescending way, I wouldn’t have been so upset. I wrote to the doctor himself and even showed him a video of what happened. It started out kind with him apologizing but ended with him being just as rude, saying he didn't know why I would want something for free. All I wanted was for them to fix what had been broken. Even if they didn't agree to do that, I would have expected to be treated with respect and have things explained in a non-condescending tone. I even had to argue with them to remove the broken piece that was still in my mouth, during which the doctor acted like they did me a favor, saying, "From my understanding, the orthodontist removed the remaining parts of the lingual retainer for you at no cost." I'm wondering if the man thought I was supposed to stay with it in pain just like that. Highly, highly disappointed. Previously, I had very good experiences here, but now I definitely wouldn't recommend it. **Update:** The doctor sent me the most unprofessional email. (I was thinking of putting the screenshot below, but I'm not even going to entertain these people any longer; they've wasted my time long enough, and this is the last message.) I did not even respond to the email because I'm not going to partake in such childish back-and-forth. I thought that the item was permanent and had a warranty. It did not. All I wanted was for this to be explained respectfully. Had this been explained without attitude, and had I not had to sit and deal with microaggressions from a passive-aggressive manager, I think this situation would not have blown up like it did. Look at the practice's responses, and that should tell you what will happen to you if there is a disagreement while you're there. I have every right to voice my opinions about my horrible experience this particular time. Even if my past visits were pleasant, my current situation was not. It wasn't because I didn't receive work for free on my item (like you guys keep trying to make it seem like the situation was centered around when it was not), but because I had to consistently endure aggressions and disrespect from a manager who was supposed to be there to help me understand (when initially, I didn't) and show some empathy to my situation. PERIOD.
Dr. Jacobs and his staff were amazing! The doctor is not my regular dentist yet, but he will be. After an extraction from another dentist a few weeks ago didn't go as planned, Dr. Jacobs helped me get out of a major crisis. I highly recommend hime and his staff!
I went to get a cleaning done I was nervous at first but once I got to the office it was good. Fernanda the assistant was really kind she did my X rays and talk to me About my Treatment plan Nancy was helpful too and dr jarquin was wonderful
I am shocked at all of the good reviews. I had a horrible experience here. After getting some dental work done, my gums were so banged up to the point of having a gash near my molars which took months to heal. My daughter got a cleaning and the hygienist didn’t even floss her teeth.
