Johnson & O'Dell, DDS

I came here because my wife and son go here and are very satisfied. So far I’ve had my teeth cleaned. The lady was extremely gentle and thorough. We travel 1 1/2 hours to get to Johnson City and consider it worth our time in order to reach medical care we value.

I had an appointment at Johnson and O'Dell DDS in January 2026 for a teeth cleaning and check up. I was greeted with courtesy, and taken back into the room very promptly after arriving. The whole process went very smoothly and efficiently. The hygienist I had her name was Savannah, she was the best. I received the best teeth cleaning I have ever had. Savannah explained everything to me beforehand. Had a very gentle touch during the cleaning process. And always reassured me if I felt any pain, during the whole procedure. To just hold up my left hand signaling to her to stop. I thought this was very helpful and reassuring as the patient. I love this dental office, and I hopefully will be able to stay here for many years. As a patient of Dr Johnson He's the best !! If I could give more than a five-star review I would Thank you.

My first visit. It was excellent with a professional and courteous staff. Dental Hygienist, Savannah, did an outstanding job. She was thorough, efficient, and a great communicator during my cleaning procedure. Dr. O'Dell took his time to make sure his examination was done carefully and completely. Based on what he found during the exam, he explained a resulting follow up procedure in terms I could understand and in a way that answered any questions or concerns I might have. I'm glad I chose this dental practice to take care of my dental needs.

Great service and easy to work with my schedule. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist to go to. They got me in same day and were great! high recommend!

The entire staff is and has been very respectful and professional. They take care of your needs as quickly as possible. I am 59 and have never had a better dentist.

Up front reception was polite and checked me in quickly. I did not a long wait. My hygienist was excellent. Very through with X-rays and going through my history. I hate having my teeth cleaned and I really don't enjoy going to the dentist, but I highly recommend Dr Johnson and his staff. He makes it painless and sets you at ease and the staff makes you feel comfortable.
