Palo Alto Dental Care

I've been a Palo Alto Dental customer for about five years and I'm extremely satisfied with the dental care I've gotten there. Dr. Mikhail Nasakin and all the staff are very professional, attentive, and friendly. I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes for my appointment. Also, the environment in this office is very clean and comfortable. I'd recommend Palo Alto Dental to anyone in the Palo Alto area!

The best dentist experience on my thorny teeth path. Dr. Michael is meticulous and painstaking with all mouth-related issues. He found a solution for my bleeding gums, which Finnish and Russian dentists couldn't. Every cent of the bills was worthy!

When I went here for a routine checkup, they seemed very businesslike -- no attention to prevention, and they just wanted to get me in and out and take my money. They said that I needed a filling, and when I got a second opinion at another dentist, the dentist said that my teeth were great and didn't need a filling. The prices at this dentist were also higher than I had seen at other places for similar care (on the order of $400 rather than $100 for a routine checkup). I would not recommend them.

This is my main dental office for many years - probably, 10 or more... going there regularly for all my dental needs. For a long time, my teeth were well taken care of by Dr. Galina Nasakin, to my general satisfaction. For the last year or so, my doctor is Mikhail Nasakin, and I have nothing but good words for him - this young but obviously well-educated and knowledgeable professional is a very thorough and attentive doctor. Despite the fact that trips to this office now take much longer for me, as I don't work near it anymore, I still stick to it and am happy to come back every time. Thank you!

Dr. Mikhail is pretty amazing, and so is the staff. I went in yesterday for an initial check up (new patient) and it was probably the most thorough check up I've had. Tori, the dental assistant, and the front desk receptionist, Lisa, are also beyond friendly. As someone who really is intimidated by dental visits, I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. Thanks Dr. Mikhail! You're super appreciated!

I went to Palo Alto Dental care because it is close to where I live. I had cleaning and root canal. I am very much satisfied with the service I got. They are thorough and make sure that you are comfortable with the procedure. They explain the alternative solutions available and you can choose depending on your budget and advantages you get. The people at front desk are also very friendly. The wait time is very shot or none. I will definitely go there for any help concerning my teeth. After I had many disappoints from a couple of dentists, I am happy to find this one.
