Disrespectful and dismissive care. I’ve been going to this clinic for a couple of years, but my most recent visit (June 2nd) made it very clear I won’t be returning. The dental assistant, Vicky, has always come across as passive-aggressive, but I brushed it off thinking maybe I was overthinking. That changed this week. I came in with a severely swollen, painful molar that they had filled back in April. Vicky looked at me and asked why I was there. I explained I believed the molar they worked on was now infected. Her response? A condescending, "We never filled a molar." No checking the records, just immediate invalidation—as if I don’t know my own mouth. When the dentist finally came in, he didn’t examine my tooth or take X-rays—just quickly said I needed a root canal and to take antibiotics for a week. He seemed oddly cheerful while I was sitting there visibly in pain and swelling. The whole interaction felt rushed, cold, and dismissive. I don’t expect anyone to perform miracles, but I do expect basic respect and to be taken seriously—especially when I’m clearly suffering. I no longer trust this clinic with my dental care.

I've been going to Hilton Dental clinic for about 35 years now. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Dr. Hilton does a great job, makes you feel comfortable and never does more than needs to be done at the time. Tells you like it is! Love 'em!!

In 2018 I had several thousands of dollars (cash pay) worth of work done with Dr. Hilton. I have continued to have problems with my work, I have multiple over hangs (from filling material being placed incorrectly) causing further decay. At one point during a revisit, when my bite was off (and I was numbed for the opposite side) I asked Dr. Hilton to correct the bite. He proceeded to drill on the non medicated side until I literally took his hand out of my mouth. I have decided to write this review, this many years later, bc it is maddening to go to annual visits and be critiqued on work you had done that should be lasting. Dental work causes trauma to the teeth, even when you are trying to fix them. Very poor job coming from this office. No stars if I could ⭐️

I had an extraction earlier today and Doctor Hilton was very rude. I was nervous and he cursed at me. He didn’t wait for me to be completely numb, starting pulling the tooth and I screamed out that I could feel everything. He didn’t say a word and continued to extract the tooth. I cried and screamed and once he pulled the tooth out, he left the room without a word. This experience has left me more fearful than I already was of Dentist; shame on him and I pray this doesn’t happen to another person that goes into his office.

I've been coming here for years and Dr. Hilton and his staff make you feel comfortable and they are very professional. They are so nice and do such a good job cleaning my teeth and filling that rare cavity, that I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist or looking to change dentist.

Courteous, friendly staff. Dr. Hilton is kind and professional. He can remove a bad wisdom tooth like nobody's business. Thanks for great, non-traumatic service. You guys rock.
