We had a fantastic experience at Pleasanton Dublin Dental Center. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff made us feel welcomed and at ease. Dr. Hanna was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Susan, the dental hygienist was thorough but incredibly gentle, which we really appreciated as someone who’s a little nervous about dental visits. What really stood out to us was how kind and patient the entire team was. They genuinely care about your comfort and make sure you’re informed every step of the way. Annette was really good and did an excellent job with the cleaning. However, the dental office itself was very disappointing. They told me it would cost a certain amount, but when I checked with my insurance, I found out they had actually charged the insurance company more. They also tried to make me pay extra out of pocket even though they said the insurance would cover the cost. The cleaning was extremely expensive, and when I asked why, they gave vague excuses and refused to give me a copy of my X-ray results. Overall, very untrustworthy business practices — which is a shame because Annette was great. From Pilar Richard

My son went there on Aug 26th on hes birthday , and they treated him very special on hes birthday he was very surprised and felt the staff was amazing. Thank you for making son comfortable and special when he was seen for the 1st time as a patient 🙏

Every Dental Office out there is accredited with professional services. This office outshines every other place for one simple reason: culture. Their motto is family oriented. They value being honest and personable with their patients. You can feel it. You walk in(on time ;)) and you’re greeted and seated promptly with kindness. The staff actually cares. Yes they’re human and could have a long day, but they’re still are invested, in your teeth, your wallet, and your respect. They offer dentist AND orthodontist services. Do not waste your time anywhere else. (apparently they have a gold medal for Invisalign! don’t know from who but yeah…)

Dr. Hanna has been our family dentist for the past 20 years. He once opened his office for us after hours when my daughter had a car accident to take care of her front teeth. Truly outstanding service. Highly recommend him.

I'm just starting my journey here for two tooth implants, and the doctor and staff have been amazing so far. The amount of detail and discussion we've had has been absolutely great. (I ask a lot of questions — it's just my engineering mind 😄 — but Ricki and the whole team were incredibly patient.) Ricki answered every single question in great detail until I literally ran out of things to ask. Truly outstanding experience so far!
