He was very gentle of what he was doing when he numbed me he's numbed me so I wouldn't feel a thing and he asked me if I felt anything to raise my left hand and he walked me through everything he was doing told me when the teeth were out and that's was a good dentist he explained everything of the for the following procedures he was excellent I would recommend him to everybody

Amazingly gentle with the extraction process which was quite a relief. I have really bad teeth from lack of dental care but they were super kind to me with out judging me and assuming I have bad teeth because of drugs or something. Though my teeth are a mess the dentist took extra care I felt when taking out an abscessed tooth I had. And the ladies on the office are amazing!! I recommend this dentist office to anyone who wants quality care!!!

Dr. Jackson and Melanie has always been very caring with me, even as I struggle with dental care with my depression. They have not once made me feel bad about my weak spots with my teeth and oral care. My friend Joshua recommended me to them after a long list of of bad experiences with other dentists. I don’t see myself going to any other dental clinic, by choice, in the foreseeable future. The other dentist, Dr Ruiz, is also very kind. The staff at the front desk is also very nice. There’s this one specific lady with glasses (I think) at the front who sits on the right who is always helping me figure out insurance. Everyone is very kind and supportive and they treat everyone with tenderness.

First time here and the experience was 110/100❤️ very welcoming, kind and friendly. From the front desk w/ Shantelle (I’m so sorry if I spelled your name wrong), and then the beautiful Kim who did my cleaning, to Dr. Ruiz and his assistant - they were all absolutely wonderful. I didn’t feel weird w/ the environment or feel judged with my teeth.
