I’ve had some truly terrible experiences at dental offices in the past, so I was nervous walking in but this team completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. From the moment I arrived, Kat, Lani, Gaby, Kristen, Martha made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Their kindness and professionalism are unmatched. Dr. Gray was absolutely amazing thorough, gentle, and incredibly understanding of my past experiences. For the first time, I felt confident and relaxed in the chair. I’m so grateful to have finally found a dental office where I feel safe and supported. I’ll definitely be coming back to continue my dental care. Highly recommended!

I had such an incredible experience during my visit! The entire team was fantastic, but I especially want to highlight the amazing dental assistant, Leilani. She was warm, reassuring, and incredibly attentive from start to finish. Her positive energy instantly put me at ease, and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the appointment. It’s rare to meet someone who is both exceptionally skilled and genuinely caring, but Leilani is exactly that. I can’t recommend this office enough thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options, walked me through each step of the process, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward.They were transparent about pricing, and helped me understand my insurance coverage. I was also offered flexible scheduling options that made appointments easy to manage with my schedule.

Kristen did a wonderful job today! Lani and Gabby held my hand as a great companion for the shots to numb my mouth. Alex check me out friendly and professional. All ladies did great and best part is they work on New Years week which is convenient and considerate. Thank you Aspen staff, happy 2026!

Everyone was incredibly nice and sweet! They explained things fully (thank you Alex) and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. Dr. Grey is amazing. He always provides excellent care and answers all questions in a way his patient will understand. His office manager, Ms. Kay, was phenomenal as well. She took the time to listen to our concerns and made sure to prioritize them. She was organized and thorough. Ms. Kristin & Ms. Leilani were our Hygienists; these ladies went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and involved with what they were seeing. They are the best cheerleaders and celebrated the wins with us. Aspen Dental in WVC is the GOAT. Real people who actually care about their patients, not just a paycheck. 11/10 stars.

i got my wisdom teeth removed here and they have no idea what they’re doing at this place. no one there knows how to talk to or treat their patients. the surgeons assistant told my fiance to " call if they forgot to tell him anything about the healing process". what medical professional tells anyone that?! their recovery packet barely told me anything. im surprised this place stays open when it sounds like all you need to work here is a high school diploma and a youtube tutorial on how to be a dental professional. this place is pathetic. EDIT: forgot to mention i have NEVER had an issue with my piercings for a dental xray before and now 2 of my $80 piercings are closed and i haven’t even had them for a year. these guys don’t know how to do their job dont come here.
