We love Dr.McDonald. We have a child who went through cancer treatment and a genetic gene that cause teeth issues. He has always gone approve and beyond to make sure our questions are answered and to stay well educated and proactive. Would recommended coming here for anyone.

I came in to schedule an appointment and as soon as I walked in they greeted me and said welcome in. They all had great smiles on their faces and made this place very welcoming and made me feel at home which is very good for a dentist office. Emma at the front desk was just wonderful and answered all of my questions that I had and made it a very easy to make an appointment. The front desk is very organized and clean which makes a big impact because it’s the first thing you see when you walk in. I have this place a five star and will most definitely be back everyone was great thank you family first.

We love this place! We were first time parents and they always make us feel comforted on whatever question, big or small. And we love that you can get a call from a nurse if we have a question without having to go in!

Families first pediatric has been the best place. I love that I can take my kids to place that feels like family. Everybody is always so nice and welcoming and my kids are always asking for their next visit! 10/10 recommend coming here.

This was my Daughter's third Appointment there, the first appointment was great they were amazing. The front Desk ladies are very unorganized they tell you one thing and then it ends up being something different. They tell me at the last minute they couldn't see my Daughter's because of a payment situation, But told me I can bring the money when I come back for their next 6 month cleaning all of a sudden they couldn't take my payment when they told me I can make my payment the next time we came back. I don't understand why they decided to wait until my next appointment to tell me they couldn't see my kids when they gave me unclear information.

This dentistry has been amazing! When my son had problems with a tooth, they were able to get him in right away. They have always been kind and patient and my son no longer has dentist fears!

First time my 4 year old has come in to the dentist office & the staff has made all the difference in her experience. I was nervous for her to get some work done but they really made her feel so comfortable throughout the whole visit. Dr. James did an amazing job & is always so nice! We love coming here!
