I really appreciated the Dental group of Rockford. I really admire the dentist. He was very informative and put me at Complete ease. All the people there were wonderful, very nice and courteous And it was a very clean office I put all my faith In the Dental group of Rockford. ….. I normally don’t trust anyone…. That is until I got to go to the Dental group of Rockford These people I trust

I usually leave the dentist feeling at least a little annoyed by how they handled me, but I feel everybody here was exceptionally pleasant. I brought the dentist (horrible with names, sorry), a very challenging wisdom tooth that was nearly broken down to the gum level, but he was able to fit me in same day for an extraction. Probably took about 1.5 hours from numbing to finish. I usually hate having male dentists cause they're annoyingly rough and don't listen well, but he was was just right and careful about my other teeth and lips. I was expecting damage from my lips being stretched (as has happened in the past), but no damage at all. Everybody seemed to listen well too, which is another annoying trait I commonly encountered with the past handful of dentist lol I look forward to further assistance getting my mouth back on track. Thanks again! Oh and the price was significantly better than I was expecting. Very helpful for quality of life!

Renee and Tiffany are amazing and so helpful! They explained everything to my understanding. So thankful they got me in the next morning after I broke my tooth.

Dental Group of Rockford is amazing. Dr. Williams is so very respectful and caring, as well as all the members of his team. I appreciate the way they listen to my concerns and the work they do is exemplary.

Prior to making an appointment here at the Dental Group of Rockford, I had not been to the dentist in about 2 years. Making an appointment was seamless. The office staff were great and easy to work with. They are on top of it with verifying insurance information and making sure you are good to go before your appointment. The waiting area is very welcoming, and professional. There are many seats available and the office has a nice modern vibe. Because the office staff is organized, I did not have to wait long. The dental hygienist I was assigned to, Skylar, was warm, skilled and efficient. Taking the pictures and the cleaning itself can be uncomfortable and sometimes painful, but Skylar completed everything super well. My teeth are in way better shape. This was the best dental experience I have had!

Dr Williams and the staff are amazing! They were able to fit me in so I could get a fractured tooth taken care of. The facility was clean and everyone was helpful. I will be returning without hesitation.

Cozy vibe inside! They are also good with scheduling and communication if your appointment needs to be moved or rescheduled! My hygienist, Skyler, was super kind and was thorough when she explained what I could be doing to improve my dental health.
