Aspen Dental - Rockford, IL

⭐ 2/5 I visited the Aspen Dental in Rockford, IL, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The location itself is nice, clean, and well-decorated — the waiting area looks welcoming, especially with the seasonal decorations and comfortable seating. The staff was polite, but the biggest issue for me was the waiting time. They were clearly understaffed, but that’s something that should be communicated right away when a patient checks in. Instead, I waited much longer than expected with no updates, which really affected the visit overall. For a clinic that promotes convenience and walk-ins, clearer communication would make a huge difference. There’s always room for improvement, and I hope they work on better staffing and transparency so future visits can match the quality of their location.

The staff is wonderful, especially Crystal. She explained every aspect of my treatment plan clearly. Dr. Banos was fabulous. She is very gentle and experienced. Loved having the radio going during my extractions. The office staff was helpful and presented many different options and payment plans. I am very happy with the service at Aspen Dental.

I recently had an outstanding experience at this dental office, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was not only professional but also incredibly welcoming. They made me feel at ease right away, which is not always the case at the dentist! I especially appreciated how I didn’t feel judged at any point. In the past, I've felt self-conscious about my dental health, but here, the entire team created a compassionate environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and discussing any concerns without hesitation. Dr. Banos, was exceptional. She was not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring. She took the time to listen to me, explained all the options clearly, and ensured that I understood everything before proceeding. It was evident that my well-being was her top priority, and she delivered the highest level of care throughout the entire visit.

I had such a great experience thanks to Crystal. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and she made me feel comfortable the entire time. She checked on me throughout the visit, explained everything clearly, and really helped calm my nerves. You can tell she truly cares about her patients, and it made a big difference for me.

The best experience I have had at the dentist. I was treated with kindness and compassion. I had extractions and had no bruising or barely any swelling. The Dr was very patient with me and my extreme fear. I am very pleased with the staff at the Rockford IL location! Thank you to all the staff!

Bri customer skills are superb! Her professionalism and efficiency were greatly appreciated. She was able to manage scheduling me for an appointment for the same day! She's a wonderful addition to this establishment!

My little Jack Russell Terrier got ahold of my uppers when I fell asleep in the afternoon. She managed to crunch 2 important pieces off the dentures. I hurried to Dr. Banos and wonderful staff here from the front office to the lab and they managed to reconstruct them perfectly to their previous snug fit. They even fine tuned them so they won't "whistle." THANK YOU, TEAM!
