Zhang Dental

I used to be a regular patient at Dr. Zhang’s office, but my recent experience has been nothing short of appalling. During my last visit, Dr. Zhang told me I needed a filling. I said I need to think about it, and suddenly she became angry and started yelling at me, threatening that if I didn’t do it now, it could take an extremely long time to get another appointment. She opened her eyes wide and yelled, clearly frustrated because I may not do the fillings now. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and very rude. Dr. Zhang seems to have no ethical boundaries when it comes to making money. In my case, I consulted another dentist who confirmed that I didn’t need the filling at all. Does she not feel guilty making patients undergo unnecessary procedures just to make money? This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and honesty, not as mere sources of income.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zhang since '03. I have never been with any one dentist as long as Dr. Zhang. I find her practice very professional, clean and the staff very competent. Dr. Zhang has done everything for me from fillings, crowns, and root canal with little discomfort and very fair out of pocket cost. There is no reason for me seek out another dentist.

My family has been with Dr. Zhang for years. It seems that most people are here through friends/co-worker referral. She knows her patients by first names and they stick with her and continue to bring friends over the years. Service is thorough and quick with minimal waiting time. The office space is clean and bright. The front desk is professional and polite.

I and my daughter have been going to Dr. Zhang since the early 2002.Dr. Zhang has always made time for me and made me feel very special.She remembers what we care and what we need.Once happened to my mother when she visited me from oversea, ithappened she had a very bad toothache. I called Dr. Zhang right awayfor the situation. Dr. Zhang made her schedule available in the SAMEday for my mom because she understood how urgent it was to me. Aftera very careful exam and cure, my mom felt much better and her pain wasreleased in an hour. What impressed me was Dr. Zhang called andfollowed up with me about my mom's status after the treatment in thenext day, a week and a few weeks. My mom feels very comfortable tosee Dr. Zhang whenever she has the need after her first visit.My daughter she always says "She is my dentist doctor" very happilywhenever she saw Dr. Zhang's name on TV.

My tooth extraction experience was pretty bad compared to my visits of other dentists. This dentist doesn’t care about the patient, instead they just want you to make the payment. After the payment they don’t care about you anymore. They never replied my phone call, text messages and emails. What they said in the phone differs from what they will tell you when you visit the office.

I haven't had other dentists since I found Dr Zhang in 2020. She's been super professional, considerate, and nice. (just had my visit today and think I should leave my gratification here 🙂

Friendly staff, clean office, and fantastic service. Dr. Zhang is very professional and skillful. I have been coming to her for the past 7 years and have always been satisfied with her service and staff.
