I have no idea what alternate universe I enter when I'm at Premier Dental, but it seems like everyone there is the nicest person on the planet. They take such great care of you. They're amazing at alleviating any stress or worry you might have and they are so good at making you feel relaxed. I've gone through so many dental offices and this is the first one where I truly like and appreciate everyone I've come in contact with. This is the first dental office that has my total confidence.

This office took my insurance (I paid the $6 copay) and after having x-rays I was told my teeth were in wonderful condition. Then I was taken into a room and told that, in order to have my teeth cleaned, I would be charged $1,300. I understand I don’t have the most premium insurance, but when I asked for even a basic cleaning, they told me that I would still need to pay out of pocket and that I wouldn’t be able to be seen that day. They told me they could see me the following week for an cleaning and acted like it would be a favor to get me in with a dental hygienist but that the clean "wouldn’t be as good." Absolutely the most shocking experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. It’s one thing if my teeth were rotting but I literally just wanted a routine clean!

Avoid if at all possible. This practice is not interested in making an honest buck and will tell you that you have all kinds of problems you don't really have. Almost walked out after going there for a routine cleaning and checkup. Told me I needed over 1000$ of work that I did not need. Only leaving a star for the relatively nice hygienist.

So far so good. I left my last dentist because they tried cheating on their services. At my first appointment with the new dentist, she said I needed two crowns and a mouth guard. She showed me why and it made sense. I don't feel at all like I got hosed. My cleaning at Premier Care was great, another thing my last dentist seriously dropped the ball on. I'm halfway done with the first crown. They've done a really good job, and they've been super nice.

I have been going here for years and appreciate the expertise and welcoming of the staff. However, there is a pattern I have noticed when I get my dental cleaning where I am waiting for hours to see the hygienist. It takes up my entire day even when I am early for my appointment time, the time I am actually seen is 30 minutes to an hour past the appointment time. It is understandable that other patients may take longer but to stack this many appointments in one day makes my appointment time useless.

This last appointment I had was horrible. My appointment was at 10:20 for a deep cleaning and they didn’t call me in until 10:40 and then told me I was going to do something else before my cleaning. They also tried to say that my cleaning technician was running behind and they only had one dentist in the office that day. It would have been nice if they communicated with me but I didn’t get seen until 11am 40 mins after my scheduled appointment. If it was the other way around they would have canceled me and charged me. Customer service has gone down and then they try to fit their own agenda without talking to you. I had another appointment scheduled somewhere else and they made me late to that one. I respect peoples time and show up on time at this office you always go in 20-30 mins after your scheduled appointment. Why make appointments if you don’t stick to them.

I have been using this dentist’s office for many years, unfortunately, my last experience ended badly. I write this because I believe that consumers should be aware of this dental offices misleading practices. I was provided a quote for a treatment to replace an implant including adding more bone. When it was time to get the permanent implant, the addition of a second crown was considered. The office scheduled the appointment for the surgery. Then, five weeks later the office called me and said that they made a mistake and that I have to pay $4,300 for an special implant for two crowns and pay immediately. I did not feel that it was fair that even though the office admitted that it was their fault they were charging me. I paid in advance $10,000 18 months before the treatment started. If they had taken the time to discuss the financial implications of the procedures that were needed before they were performed I would have considered other options to resolve the matter. My advice is that you should ask for the detail of the invoice and don’t pay in advance the whole treatment. Now I have no crowns and an empty implant. I have to look for another dentist and pay for the crowns because they denied to implant the crown that I paid for.
