DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A FAIR PRICE! I paid twice the average price for a partial X-ray and then was told that a tooth extraction would be $500. I asked why so much and the staff attempted to convince me that because of the type of gauze they use in the healing process, I would pay a premium price. I was also told this part of the process is mandatory with the procedure. Needless to say, I went to a competitor and paid way less for the extraction. Sad that you can’t even trust the dentist these days!

This dental office doesn’t care about your well being. Only what’s in your pocket. I would not recommend visiting this office. Maria is a horrible manger and has no idea how to properly manage a business. I visited this office for a tooth extraction. My insurance from my job was still in the process of enrollment. so I paid out of pocket and was told I would get a reimbursement after my insurances was Effective. After the dentist gave me anesthesia everything was blurry. one of the employees had me sign a treatment plan I couldn’t even read due to the anesthesia. The treatment plan had additional dental work that weren’t performed. After providing my insurance information and they billed my dental insurance. They refused to reimbursement my money. Since Maria was of no help I contacted the owner of the dental office Ivan and she never returned my calls or emails. Stay away from this shiesty office. Find a place you can trust and rely on. You won’t find that here.

Maria will overcharge you, give you the run around and then send additional bogus codes to the insurance after you make her aware you want a reimbursement from what she overcharged. She will say $45 for Fluoride but my insurance covered it and she will say oh we didn’t charge code 9951 and code 9911, which is the amount you are requesting reimbursement for and your insurance doesn’t cover those codes. She gave another office phone number to entertain me for a few days as well. Best practice, stay away.

Unbelievable team ,I had a tremendous experience they did a wonderful job on me I was in pain I walked with a beautiful smile .they were so patient with me just to deliver a great service. I’m very happy now my teeth are healthy like never before.thank you so much for world class service….

Never go to this clinic . I paid for a procedure that I didn 't need . They didn 't realize that I had a ceramic tab on my tooth and started drilling . We canceled the procedure . And they had to give me back $400. They haven't made a refund for 2 months. This is terrible! It doesn 't make sense to call and come . Help , tell me where to write in order to punish them for not returning the money . At the end they didn’t give me money back at all.

They are a wonderful team. They accomodate your needs. Went there after driving around trying to find somebody to take my case, one phone call and they were more than willing ro help. They knew it was an emergency and an hour later they were taking care of me. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful treatment and their warmth welcoming. Everything was amazing. I don't mind driving from West Palm Beach to have my dental work done here. The Dr. Frank is a saint!! And the beautiful ladies are just as sweet. I always have a hard time at the dentist, because is not my favorite place, but this team right here, is superb!!

Good dental care at a fair price. I called them with severe tooth pain. Turns out I was infected and tooth needed to come out. While it was painful, it was handled in two parts for my comfort. Staff was kind and caring. I will be back when I need dental help again. Keep up the good work!
