I cannot say enough good things about Dental Care on Lone Mountain! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. Going to the dentist can be nerve-wracking, but they went out of their way to create such a calm, welcoming environment. Every step of the appointment was explained clearly, and they constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. It truly made all the difference. Scheduling was also incredibly easy and stress-free. The process was quick, convenient, and flexible with my availability, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff was friendly, organized, and efficient — it felt seamless from start to finish. I scheduled an appointment at this office because it’s close to my house and they advertised a free exam, cleaning, and X-rays in a local flyer. On the day of my appointment, they called me 30 minutes beforehand asking if I could come in early, but I didn’t get the message until I had already arrived. Despite that, I still ended up waiting about 15 minutes past my scheduled time. I was there for over two hours and only received X-rays and an exam — no cleaning was done at all. After that long wait, the dentist, Dr Enshaie, came in and listed multiple serious issues, including telling me I was "100% going to lose a front tooth," would need a bone graft for approximately nine months, then an implant, a flipper in the meantime, and also that I needed a root canal, had a cracked crown, and 2 wisdom teeth removed. I take very good care of my teeth and get cleanings every six months, so this was shocking. They then presented me with a treatment estimate of over $6,500, after insurance! My husband contacted his dentist at Luke Air Force Base, who reviewed the estimate. He said something about it seemed off and referred me to another local dentist for a second opinion. That dentist examined me, treated what was actually needed, and resolved everything for under $300, including a cleaning, exam, and X-rays. My teeth also feel better now. Most concerning, the tooth I was told I was "100% going to lose" because it was slightly loose was evaluated by the second dentist. He explained that it was being hit too hard by my bottom tooth every time I bit down. He made four small adjustments so the teeth no longer hit, and the tooth has since tightened up and is no longer loose — no bone graft, implant, or flipper needed. In over two hours at this office, I received paperwork, X-rays, and a very expensive treatment plan — but no cleaning, despite that being part of what was advertised. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment from this office.

I was very pleased with all of the staff at Dental Care at Lone Mountain in Peoria. It was easy to make an appointment and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Their equipment is the very latest. Dr. Garg was very empathetic and explained the treatment well.

I just had a dental procedure. The office and equipment was spotless. Everyone was professional and friendly. Everything was explained in detail to me before anything was done. Dr Garg was amazing! She was very gentle and swiftly accomplished the procedure. It was painless. I am so grateful that I chose this office and it will be my go to from now on. From the moment I walked in the door they were inviting and kind. I have a fear of dentists and they put my fears to rest. They were very gentle and explained everything that needed to be done with my crown that had broken. I was able to get in same day as well! A great addition to Vistancia!

They made me feel very comfortable, as I am very nervous at the dentist. They explain everything to you in detail and give you a print out of the work and prices so you can decide what you want done. So far loving them.
