I was here at this location on Thursday with a family member trying to get services. My family member always mentions this was a good practice to come to and there are good staff and assistants there, but on this day it was so disturbing hearing the doctor yelling at her assistant in front of everybody including around the staff and customers. Is this what the workplace really coming to? Me as a customer viewing this in person? The doctor name was Dr. Mupparju. I couldn’t believe what was going on. That was so uncalled for and unacceptable! That assistant deserves a public apology! It makes me not want to come or refer anyone there.

I scheduled a teeth cleaning over the phone months in advance, but when I arrived, I was told I was only booked to see the doctor. I distinctly remember specifying that I needed a teeth cleaning and even inquired about the pricing during the call. Seeing similar complaints in other low reviews, it seems this office might not prioritize regular teeth cleanings. This was a first for me, and honestly, quite shocking. To top it off, the front desk receptionist didn't seem particularly concerned. It's disappointing and makes me question their commitment to patient care. I will be finding a different dentist.

I scheduled for a cleaning and new patient exam. On the day of the appt I was told that I'm only in for a new patient exam and that cleanings are 5 plus weeks out? I wasn't given a treatment plan even after multiple follow up attempts. Comes to find out my insurance was billed $560 just for a new patient exam. Come on man, lets practice transparency and ethics here...

I have been coming to this office for a few years and everyone is always very kind. The dental hygienists are friendly and do a great job with cleanings. I have also had fillings done here and Dr. Dietl did a great job on them. He does an excellent job explaining everything during the process and his friendly demeanor eased my anxiety about the procedure.

My family has been coming here for a couple of years. They have always had communication and staffing issues, but the previous dentist and her technicians have always been great. Fast forward to yesterday's appointment for a routine cleaning. My appointment was for 2:00, wasn't brought back until nearly 3:00. After a brief visual glance, the hygienist left to get the new Dr. for a consult. They explained that I had some deep pockets and would need a deeper cleaning. I mentioned that I had that performed during my last visit and inquired about why I would need it again so soon. Why would the last procedure have been unsuccessful? I declined the additional recommendation and requested to just have my routine cleaning performed this visit. I WAS DENIED SERVICE! If I didn't agree to their upcharges, they were not interested in my business at all. I felt bullied. I left the office. I work in sales and definitely was made to feel like my routine cleaning was not profitable enough for them to be bothered.

They cancelled my appointment and didn’t tell me until I arrived. They said they called me, but I only received calls from spam-listed numbers. Cancelling an appointment and confirming it online apparently wasn’t enough. The professionalism is unfortunately lacking. 🙁 very disappointed.
