I came here after going through a dentist horror story that quoted me for an 11k bill. It was one of those that felt like a used car dealership that oversold on all the things you did not need. Lost and confused, I found solace in Accu Dental. After that horror story, I came to Accu Dental for a second opinion and I automatically felt an ease of tension, loss of fear of being scammed again and all that comes with it. The front staff and main dentist were super helpful, cheerful, and kept it real and simple. No sugar coating, no overselling, no any of that. The previous place said I needed 5 crowns, a deep laser cleaning, and a few other things. It was insane. I had never heard of needing a crown at all let alone 5 all at once! Once I came to Accu dental, turns out I only needed to refill some old cracked fillings and had one cavity under one of the cracks. Didn’t need a deep invasive laser cleaning, and one tooth required a "keeping an eye on" for a crown in the future. A significant difference in mouth work and a STEEEEP decrease in bill! Like super steep. I recommended Accu Dental to everyone who’s seeking a new dentist. I give them my full support!

I had such a wonderful experience at Dr. Loftus’ office! Dr. Loftus herself is absolutely incredible—she took her time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. She’s patient, thorough, and you can truly tell she cares about her patients. The level of service exceeded all of my expectations, and I left feeling confident about my dental care and overall experience. I can’t recommend Dr. Loftus and her team highly enough!

I had the worst experience of my dental life at this office. The doctor was uncaring and when I left, I was soaked from my mouth down the back and front of my blouse. He didn’t care about what he was doing, and I felt like he was water boarding me. I will never go back there ever again! It was awful!

I had my first visit with Dr. Loftus today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the front staff was welcoming, dental assistant was kind, and Dr. Loftus was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was seen right away since I had filled out my paperwork ahead of time, and even with a deep cleaning, I was in and out within an hour. The entire team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I'm so glad I found a dental office that I can trust—highly recommend!

I hardly write reviews but this place is a clean and caring environment. I am glad I found a good dental office because the staff and the doctor answer all my questions and you can genuinely see they care for their patients. Will tell everyone I know to come here!

My wife and I visited Dr. Loftus's dental practice today for a routine exam and cleaning and are very pleased with the whole experience. We found the staff very professional and eager to suit our needs. In all my years of going to the dentist, this is the first time I have ever had such a thorough explanation of the condition of my teeth. Dr. Loftus took the time to display the X-rays for me and thoroughly explained what she saw. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but it looks like they were a long time ago so surely the practice has changed at some point. I've had some bad or bizarre experiences at other dentists, but I'm so happy to have found this dentist. They're so friendly, professional, helpful, and honest. Highly recommend!!
