Everyone I talked to at Fern & Flora was so helpful and kind. Brittany is a very talented florist and the bouquet she made for my sister’s birthday was absolutely perfect. The Korean wrapping service really added a lovely finishing touch. The team truly knocked it out of the park, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!

I meant to review this store after I got my bouquet but I forgot, so here I am doing it now! Ordered this custom bouquet for Mother's Day with the only parameter that I wanted only pink and yellow flowers (my mom's favorite colors), and they delivered!!! Bouquet was absolutely beautiful and mom loved it, their vase choice was perfect too. If you see any bent flowers/leaves that's because I dropped it in the car on my way back, it's not on them!! The arrangement was perfect when I picked it up 🙂

Fern & Flora are absolutely amazing! We needed last minute corsage and boutonnière for homecoming and within an hour they had the most beautiful set made! They were so attentive, kind, and professional. Will definitely be a returning customer.

they made such a beautiful arrangement! they even special ordered the purple tulips. appreciate the communication and attention to detail. will definitely be back 🙂 // update below because of this beautiful arrangement and incredible customer service we went back. my great grandmother loved this bouquet. she unfortunately passed on july 21st. we ordered her funeral arrangements a few days before the visitation. they were just as communicative as the first time, calling to clarify and ensure we got exactly what we wanted. you can tell they care about what they do and their customers. the employee that helped us (kaitlyn) was so patient, kind, and thorough. she unfortunately was not feeling well and masked in the store which i greatly appreciate. it was obviously a difficult and stressful time but the vibes of the shop alone calmed me so much. whenever i need flowers in CU fern & flora will be where i go every time. thank you 🙂

Amazing!! Came in clutch when the brides bouquet was ruined the day of the wedding. They were able to quickly make one in the time and budget we needed. We were away from home and they were very helpful in communicating with pictures and texting to make sure we got exactly what the bride wanted.

The worker at the front was kind of rude. I asked if there was a student discount and they scoffed like it was absolutely ridiculous I would ask (they are located on a college campus). Then they did not really explain pricing well. They showed an example arrangement that was $45 and then said do you want the $50 or $55 option? I had to assume the higher priced option would come with more flowers or higher quality. I don’t think I would order from here again. The customer service was off putting.
