Delicious best Korean soondae pork soup. Love it so much! And the service awesome, price is very affordable. If you want real pork broth made with beef tendon this place is it. If you put the soup in the fridge, next day you will see the soup is full of meat broth when it’s cold and that means it’s full of collagen . After I eat I don’t crave for water like crazy means not too much MSG here. I’ll definitely be back soon❤️

Finally trying the new Authentic Korean Restaurant that opened in Carrollton in the summer. So excited to share this experience with you all! Walked in on a Saturday for lunch, no wait. Super cozy interior, really gives the vibes. You order everything at the table on the tablet. Get the combos, it's worth the extra couple dollars to get more variety. Top Dishes: ✨Pork Soup - add salt as needed on the table ✨Korean Sausage (Soondae) - LOVE THIS ✨Jangteo Gukbap Spicy Beef Soup - Great flavor ✨Leek pancake - love the mochi esq bouncy texture ✨Cold Noodles - loaded with toppings, ask for chili on the side for cleaner broth Skip: Pork Ribs - not really much flavor and not much meat, it seems that you're suppose to eat it like ssam in a lettuce wrap with ssamjang sauce. Marinated Galbi - good flavor, not much meat. Pro Tip: Gukbap means "soup rice" meaning the rice that they serve you in the beginning is for the soups. 🌟 5/5 📍Carrollton, TX

A more traditional approach to Korean food. Good flavors and great portions. Ribs stole the show. Broths had plenty of flavor for soups. Dumplings were delicious and good sized. First time trying maekgolli. Daughter really loved the two styles of kimchi. They even gave lettuce and fixings to make wraps with the ribs.

Solid. I’m not a Korean fan and this met my expectations. Solid sides and purple rice. Pork soup is 5 star. I’m not a cold soup person so 4 star. Great bulgogi. Price? It’s $20/person so with inflation, it’s all fine. For 6 adults we spent $100 plus more for tip.

This place is very popular these days and I got to try. Food was good with very reasonable price. Especially Barley rice appetizer was so good. But 4 stars from me because since I am a born in Busan and I remember what is Pork soup taste like. Soup taste OK and good portion of meat in it that's plus and side dishes are also good. but not exactly Busan Pork soup taste they can have. Maybe no place in dallas can have?? 😆

It was our first time eating here. We had pork soup with soondae and spicy beef soup. Everything was great, the taste and the service. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

I love this Gukbap place! I’ve been here about three times since they opened and it’s that good. The gukbap is always fresh and full of flavor, and the service is fast and friendly. Prices are reasonable too. I also really like the new renovation because the space feels clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend getting the pork soup with blood sausage since that’s their signature dish. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
