This is genuinely one of my favorite Korean spots to go eat at whenever I’m craving soup or galbi. Their LA Galbi is always marinated to perfection and the broth for their soups is always delightful with an extra pinch of salt or pepper ready for you at the table, if needed. Keep in mind that it is a self service restaurant, so there are no servers as you have to grab items for yourself, but they’re always stocked in items and have easy access to grab. It is a quiet place to eat at, so this is a great place for having conversations with friends or loved ones while you eat. The side dishes are all amazing as well. I love that it is family owned, and that the parents are always so welcoming, especially the mom with her beautiful smile! I hope this business stays afloat as I encourage you come out and help your locals!

Overall pretty good soup for a cold day. The soondae was the star of the show. We ordered the soondae soup as well but even after adding seasoning it lacked some flavor and was very mild to taste. The yukgaejang made up for it, the deep rich flavorful broth was the perfect amount of sodium that was needed.

I love this place. Very authentic Korean experience and the best 된장찌개 I’ve had so far in Dallas. When I get home sick, I go here. It is an authentic taste that I haven’t found at other restaurants yet. Plus, I really feel like I am home when I am there. It feels like Korea.

The taste has noticeably changed compared to before. I used to enjoy the yukgaejang very much and ordered it to-go quite often. However, when I recently ordered it again, I was disappointed to find that the soup was overloaded with bean sprouts, while green onions and other ingredients were barely present. Additionally, the young man taking orders at the front was quite unfriendly, and there was a complete lack of basic customer service.

My hands down favorite place to get soondae! I’ve come to this location at least 10 times in the past 2 months with my friends. I typically get the stir fried soondae, boiled mixed soondae, and/or the soondae soup! I’ve tried their yukgaejang and it’s full of vegetables. The stir fried soondae is delicious with the side dishes and rice they give you. The water and utensils are self serve. The portions are great as well as their service. It’s a great spot to have a small (2-4 person) gathering as their music is quiet and not too loud like some places. I’ve gotten their food to go and they package it like they do in Korea! They pack it in white plastic containers and seal it to open with a little plastic knife they attach. Highly recommend this place!

This place reminded of a cafeteria style food. You order when you first walk in, and then, you can find a seat as you wait for your order. You are given a pager. The utensils, water, and dipping sauce are self serve. The broth of the spicy beef soup was so flavorful, and the side dishes were fresh and delicious. The blood sausage soup was also great, and they were generous with the portion. This place easily made it to top 3 Korean restaurants in Dfw for us.

Store was quite hard to find with all Korean words and a very small English "Korean kitchen" on the sign. 3 of us ordered #7 stir-fried blood sausages, #32 spicy stir-fried squid, #5 spicy blood sausages soup and assorted blood sausage. However it was quite a lot for us since we were all small eaters. Everything was ok but it didn’t suit my taste. The restaurant is like fast food restaurant. You order at the counter and they’ll give you an alarm. When foods are ready, the alarm will vibrate. You have to come to pickup area to get your foods. They have rice and side dishes at the self-service area. You’re allowed to bring home the leftover rice and side dishes.
