I have some suggestions. The kiosk upon entering needs to be two or three feet higher. bending down to imput is not good for most people. There should be a chair there and you can lower it to desk level also which would be good for older people who come there. I found it very uncomfortable with the same questions I answered online which is the whole point of doing it online right ? The person upon entering I dealt with is a younger heavy set dyed green hair person who should not really be dealing with the public is she does not like people. A robot could easily replace her sorry to report. I tried to interact with her and it was useless. The older lady who helped me upon leaving was great and actually flagged the younger girl down to help someone who was waiting to be helped. So her attention span is short also apparently. My name was missing my middle initial and I had to wait for them to call my insurance to make my new card to work. The 20 minutes was not needed, you could have done all that without me standing there and figured it all out or and billed me to my address. I felt like, "you can't leave until someone pays us." Everything else was fine. The visit and Doctors were great as usual.
