PreKSpanish

Mariana is awesome! Our 4 year old goes to a preschool that doesn't have Spanish as an option, but we are looking at some bilingual elementary schools for next year, so we wanted to get him some practice. After one course with Mariana, he is able to name animals, colors, and numbers Spanish, and - most importantly for us - he is EXCITED about learning more Spanish. My husband and I have both been classroom teachers, and we're both very impressed with Mariana's preparation and planning. She uses every minute of the class and has a wide variety of activities to engage kids in songs, games, art, literacy, and even some early math. We've already signed up for another session with her!

Mariana has been a wonderful silver lining of the schools being closed. We had been wanting to have our preschooler start learning Spanish anyway, and we found her online classes while our school was figuring out distance learning. She has a wonderful, caring and experienced demeanor and provides a varied, fun curriculum including songs, stories and crafts - customizes to the child's energy level too (inserting jumping/dancing breaks as appropriate to get wiggles out!) Child loves the classes and is picking up quickly. We plan to continue as part of our weekly activities for a long time. Highly recommend Sra Mariana!!
