Jessica is a wonderful chef with a great knowledge of classic French cuisine. Her step-by-step instructions are precise and easy to follow, and she generously shares professional tips that make a real difference in the final result. She is incredibly patient and takes the time to answer every question with care. I learned so much from her and highly recommend her to anyone serious about French cooking.

Had a cooking class of Autumn in France taught by Debbie tonight. We not only learned, but had so much fun! And there was a TON of food. I ended up bringing home some of my steak and potatoes so I had room to eat all my chocolate soufflé. I was a single in the class where most are couples but they made our threesome meal work just fine. And Debbie showed us after class how the mandolin worked. Lenna helped me find it in the store and made sure I took the most advantage of the available discounts. She was very helpful!
