Thanks to GOD and all the people who helped me with my English and everything else I was studying to. I really miss being there with all the people around me helping me out. Want to thank you all for your support

A woman answered the phone and asked me hi how can I help you? I got three words out and she said hold on for a minute. She put me on hold. I heard three beeps then thie phone hung up. I waited five minutes call back and the person said hello can you hold for a minute? I was put on hold with soft music for five minutes and then I finally hung up

The teachers and staff are amazing. The encouragement inspired me to focus and get down to business. I set a time frame and stuck to it. Thank you Ms. Stacy.

poor management, especially ceo and upper management. They do not care about the disenfranchisement of the same people they’re advocating which are marginalized groups such as women and black people, and when they’re intersected its even worse. Do not donate to this company.

Called almost a month ago to receive Hiset classes. Called again today and was told they only accept 30 people. So I got there 15 min early and was told only 22 are allowed. It was several Hispanics there as if they had been for a few hours. Like they were told what to do to beat everyone else. I think it is a conspiracy and I will go further. It is unfair to everyone else who deserves a chance to earn their GED. Unfair and racist, I'm sure our tax $ are paying for the classes and the building. The white guy was very condescending and was quick to say the next one is not until November. Poor atmosphere and service👎👎👎

My experience with literacy KC as a legally blind student. They really went out of their way to help accommodate me. They are so understanding and helping you achieve your goals.
