Terrible place. I have been calling them for 1 whole week straight and they have not respond to any of my messages or voicemails. I emailed them and I left them a voicemail. I called them and spoke with Hong, with their broken English, they said a social worker would call me sometime this week. I don’t have a week, I received a letter of disconnection from both Gas and ComEd and they did not care. I called Romanian Center and they answered right away and I was told I could come in today and get the application done. Don’t waste your time with them, they do not care.

Walking in, you might feel a bit of that "Lost in Translation" vibe at first, but it quickly fades because the staff are so welcoming and the services are exceptional. What I love most: Clean water & fresh air. They keep a chilled water dispenser up front, and air purifiers throughout the building—such a thoughtful touch. Truly helpful programs. Citizenship assistance, energy-bill relief, food-stamp help, free legal consultations, counseling—you name it, they probably offer it, and every staff member genuinely wants to help. Cultural events. The Korean-culture workshops and holiday celebrations are always fun. With interest in Korea growing, I’d love to see even more programs for kids and teens. A calming atmosphere. Lush, well-tended plants are tucked into every corner; they brighten the rooms and my mood. This place has provided me with invaluable support, and I’m deeply grateful for everything they do. Highly recommended!

Those people don't know what they're doing there, I went to apply for help with gas and electricity, they never told me that when CEDA approved the application they only help for one month and nothing more. Because of their stupidity, I received a letter disconnecting people's gas and Comed due to non-payment. Stupid people from Hana center don't know what they are doing.

I hit the jackpot when I found this center for my kids to go to. The staff and teachers here are all so loving and understanding! Both of my boys have IEPs and they are so accommodating to their needs and wants. I was a nervous wrecking ball at first because it was my first time leaving them at a center for childcare. They are very vigilant with the kiddos at all times! They cook/make their own hot meals there! They have Horner Park right across the street where the children go out to when weather permits. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this establishment & definitely recommend it!
