Wonderful experience with professional and friendly staff. They understood exactly what I wanted and delivered excellent results. The salon is clean, modern, and welcoming. My hairstyle turned out perfect, and I left feeling confident. I’m very satisfied with the service and will gladly return.

Very disappointing experience. I paid $600 for a haircut and Japanese hair straightening, expecting sleek, pin-straight results. Instead, after just one wash—despite carefully following all aftercare instructions—my hair was still wavy. I contacted the salon with photos to express my concerns, but they declined a partial refund and instead asked me to return for an assessment. After this level of service, I’m not willing to waste any more time. For a high-end treatment at this price, results should speak for themselves. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone looking for lasting or professional-quality hair services.

I cut my hair with the hairstylist Marlo Rivera, and I love it! She is Amazing, she is very professional and she fixed my hair and gave me a treatment, and now my hair is so smooth. For me, she is the best on this island.

Thi and his salon are wonderful. I highly recommend both Thi and his Salon. Thi listened carefully to everything I wanted and executed it flawlessly. I love how my hair turned out. He uses top quality products only , and takes great care of your hair. He also goes over all the pricing before you start the process and I didn't even ask him to do that. I absolutely loved the W! From booking my 1st appointment, to being introduced into the chair, to checking out and leaving the salon. I felt like I was well taken cared of. Everything seemed effortless. Booking was fast and efficient, checking in the receptionist was friendly and made sure I was comfortable even offering refreshments before I was taken in by the stylist. As I was having my hair done the stylist continued on with that care making sure I was comfortable, as he did my hair I saw how much careful attention he gave to it and the result of my hair service matched exactly what I asked for. This place is the definition of a high-end salon. I will definitely be recommending this salon to everyone I know. Thanks W salon!
