Kyla O'Masters Hair Replacements, Extensions & Wigs

Did a fantastic job of matching my color and maintenance on my extensions. Due to some AI issues my hair is complicated and she took the time to listen to what I needed and did it exactly. It looks and feels amazing. Can not recommend Kyla enough!

I had a severe illness a few years back, and lost most of my hair, for years I've been trying to salvage what was left but it was in rough shape. The options were to cut it super short, extensions, or a wig. I decided after doing a consultation with her that extensions were the way to go. It was the most expensive option, but I honestly have NO regrets. She cares about fixing your natural hair. They turned out beautiful. I wad so nervous because you see people who get them and end up with a nightmare. She does top of the line work.. hands down. Thank you Kyla for giving me my quality of life back.

BUYER BEWARE!! Kyla will overcharge you. I had the worse experience in trying to purchase a wig for my Alopecia medical condition. She just plopped different wigs on my head without doing the proper measurements. I realized this after leaving there & doing some research. My husband was with me & wanted to order a wig for me, which we did, but had second thoughts after we left. We paid her almost $500 down payment. He called first thing the next morning & canceled the order (which was a Friday), but she told him she might not be able to return all of our money. Almost a week later, still no refund. She did have to go to a memorial service for her dad that Saturday after we were there, which I did tell her I was sorry for her loss. Today I went to her salon & she still gave me the run around & was going to keep $100 of my refund. I negotiated a full refund minus $25 consultation fee & $25 restocking fee for the canceled order. She yelled at me & was very angry. So stressful for me & my husband. She wrote me a check & I went straight to her bank & cashed it. After her shady business practices, I didn’t trust her at all.

Kyla takes the time to ensure quality extensions. You would never know that I wear them! Thanks to her, I’ve gained confidence in my look after suffering from a medical condition my whole life. Kyla is friendly and professional, and I would never consider letting anyone else touch my hair!

I have had the best in the industry in California and worried when I moved to Montana I wouldn't find anyone with the expertise I was used to. Then I met Kyla O'Masters. Tried to schedule an appointment for a wig..did not respond to any messages. No set days, sometimes one day a week then next week 3 days..either come to work or stay home
