Veronica is truly amazing, if I could give 10 ⭐️ I definitely would! She was able to get my daughter to finally trust someone new to cut her hair and wax her brows after a having a bad experience a year ago. Her room set up is clean and relaxing with good vibes all the way around. She knows how to make you feel comfortable and always makes sure you receive the best service. It’s hard to find your person and she is our person that’s for sure! Thank you Veronica!

One of the Stylists (Starla) charged my wife $60 for a haircut she never received. She tried to cancel with her via email a week before her appointment since my wife was asked to help out with a wildfire in Idaho. She was in a remote location and had limited access to internet and time. upon return and after being charged the only response from Starla was attitude and was only willing to reschedule but would be charged again.

Poor review turned into an exceptional review, thanks to the owners of Sola Salon, and Jamie with Balanced Beauty!!! After my first appointment with another hairstylist in the salon, I was beyond disappointed that my stylist was 1 hr 40 minutes late… I no longer had time to get my hair color touched up, and I opted for just a hair cut, which I was charged full-price for. I left feeling robbed of my time, very agitated, and disregarded as a new customer. However, when I reached out to the salon owners to explain what had happened, they immediately responded with genuine concern. Very promptly, they set me up to have my color touched up with Jamie a few hours later, which they happily paid for. My appointment with Jamie was fabulous and I left feeling seen, heard, valued, and absolutely thrilled with my Christmas-photo-ready hair! Thank you to the owners and Jamie for taking the time and effort to make my holiday a special one! I will be a returning customer! <3

Jayme, with the Lucky Hairdresser, has been my hairdresser for years. She's not only an amazing hairdresser, but she's also really nice and a lot of fun to talk to. I highly recommend Jayme!

I heard good things about Sola so I decided to leave my normal Lash place and get my fill done here. Big Mistake! I think she must be new to the industry......The lashes she put on fell off within two days and my eye's were really irritated for a few days afterwards as well. I've been getting my lashes done for years and I will not be going back..It's upsetting to spend so much money and to walk away feeling taken advantage of.

Definitely not going to this place after seeing the reviews and after going to get pizza, we see the employee and customer drinking white claws. We even tried calling and no one answered.
