So so SO happy and pleased with my hair! I came in with virgin hair and a reference photo of what I wanted but I wasn’t sure which colors would suit me so I decided to let Christine take full control and she did incredible!!! The hair is exactly what I wanted and the kindness of the staff made it enjoyable to be there. If you’re thinking about dying your hair, getting a haircut, or getting your hair styled, you’ve found the right spot :)!

Rebranded as JuJu salon, I can't say enough good things about the staff, who were friendly and accommodating. I took my 86 year old mother for a shampoo blowdry as her hair had become matted. They were gentle and painstakingly tried to untangle everything and even gave her a hairdo. Glad to hear they offer a Senior discount for $40!

Christine was great, she made sure to get all my split ends and styled my hair the way I wanted. I live in NY but definitely will come here again if I'm in the area.

Men out there, let Christina take care of your hair here. I’ve been very particular about my hair all of my life, self-cutting since I was 16, had all kinds of barbers, hair stylists, you name it. Christina is definitely at the top of my list as she takes her time with her work, is extremely knowledgeable, especially with Asian hair. I perm and cut right here. Shes wont tell you shes had some big name clients in the past as she is that humble so dont let her reserved demeanor fool you. She purchases the best trimmers and equipment and takes her time to actually DO what you ask her. Ever get the hair chop after asking "dont cut too short please"? Wont happen here folks. Come on down.

terrible service! I got a haircut, straightened, hair dying (no bleach ) and keratin, total $650. I know it's expensive but I trusted them! Disappointed! The haircut was different from the sample I provided. The straightening wasn't straight, the dyeing was a disaster... I chose dark brown but when I got home and looked in the mirror, the color was still the same as before I came, uneven, half black and half brown. I paid $650 and got a terrible feeling! never come back agian !

Honestly I’m from LA and I have been exposed to amazing hair stylists in my past and after moving to GA, I have been looking for someone that can first match what I want which is a lot of different styles from highlights, fringe bangs, balayage, ash blonde, but also have the creative vision to tell me if what I’m asking for will damage my hair and why. The knowledge my stylist at special hair has and the fact that they care about my hair health is all I need. I used to go back to LA once every 6 months to get my hair done, but now I don’t have to go back.

I stopped by a nearby this hair shop on Monday to quickly trim my bangs before heading to a skincare appointment. After the treatment, I untied my hair at the skincare shop and was shocked to find that it had been tied up not with a regular hair tie, but with one of those stiff, yellow rubber bands typically used for packaging. It was painful and completely unsuitable for use on hair. When I went back to the salon to ask about it, the stylist told me my hair tie had gone missing, so they used that without even asking me. Thankfully, my original hair tie was eventually found, but what if it had been an expensive one? That lack of communication and consideration really bothered me. Also, before cutting my bangs, the stylist brushed through my hair, which is very curly and has a hippie perm style. Brushing curls like that can ruin the shape and texture, and it was done without any explanation. It made me question their level of professionalism. Even though it was just a quick bang trim, I felt there was a noticeable lack of care and responsibility—especially when dealing with a customer’s hair and belongings.
