They are rude , very slow talk all day they talk and stop more then they do hair , have you waiting so long depending on the hair type that you have , they will mop the floor the same time as doing hair ! Unprofessional! On reason they are still open because Waterbury don’t have a lot of salons and nobody wants to travel

Highly recommend! Wash, Set, and style… Although I don’t make it there often (long distance drive for me but 100% WORTH IT!) D’Jaslene Salon never fails to deliver beautiful results. 💕

The manicure and pedicure are very good, make the feet perfect I liked it a lot and I will come back soon

I got there early in the am. I should've probably called the day before. I waited for Miriam because her name was mentioned in other reviews. I was very pleased with the result. Very friendly and was not distracted. My hair looked amazing! Of course, the location was outdated, a little upgrade would make this place better but what mattered most was my hair-- Yo espere por Miriam. Y ella fue muy profesional y me encanto como me quedo el Cabello. Me hice rolos. Y definitavamemte regresare.

Rude beyond measure! The salon is big but they do not do a good job with even the wash/condition. The lady that did my hair was extremely ruff because she did not want to do it. She talked on the phone, ate and walked off doing who knows what about every 10 minutes. If you just need a place to go then fine but I wouldnt recommend to any of my friends. Take the drive to New Haven or find another salon locally.

They are not profesional I wanted platinum blonde hair and when she was bleaching me she burnt my scalp and on top of that was very rough with my hair. I just ended up with a regular blonde color on my head. Horrible and she was doing so many things at the same time like talking on the phone and drinking beer with her friends. Never coming back!
