I walked in with no appointment. I was greeted and asked if there was a sign in, I was informed there was no sign in sheet. There were people already waiting in front of me so I had no clue on how long the wait would be. I waited for 25 mins watching other people who were already there or came in after me, go in for a haircut before me. These could have been appointments or regulars but after 25 mins I still had no clue on wait time. Finally one lady came out and told a young mother and her son that she had a opening in 30 mins. This mother & her son were there waiting before I walked in 25 mins ago. So it would be a 55 min wait plus the mother & son haircut before they would even think to get to me but I still had no clue on wait time. I could have gone to two other hair salons down the street if i knew what the wait time was from the beginning. From what I observed, they were friendly and good with the elderly and kids. They also had tanning booths. Made a second visit, this day it was not as busy and they had somebody working the front desk. I got in pretty quickly for a hair cut, the trim took about 7-10 mins for $12. That is just as fast and less expensive compared to Sports Clips, whom I usually visit but cost about $20 for the same trim. Service & conversation was great. I would probably revisit again but call in advance to see how busy they are.

Though the place needs updating, Kim gave me great haircut and style. A sharp blunt cut and straightening, so cute! She also advised me that my fine hair did not need regular conditioner but instead a light leave-in conditioner. Made a big difference!

I stopped in to see when I could get a haircut and the owner took care of me right then. She listened to how I wanted my hair cut and did exactly what I wanted. When she washes your hair, you don't want her to stop. I will definitely go back when it is time. To pay please cash or check. The 27.00 was just the wash and cut. Tip I paid in cash

I've been going there for 25 years. I love the people. One of their ladies cut my son's hair the for his first 25 years ago. And last week, I saw a young man getting his first haircut there.

Very great crew! I was hesitant at first going there. After I got my hair cut the first couple of times, they won me over (which is not hard to do) I have a specific hair cut, and there is a stylist who knows exactly what I get. She see’s me come in and she knows exactly why I am there for. No questions asked. Very cheap for a hair salon, and very respectful crew. They will always have my business as long as those doors are open. I am very pleased with the service, the professionalism, the speed and more. Quick, but also a very job well done hair cut and I am always leaving happy. Kim is the best, she is my go to lady for all my hair needs.

New to Shreveport and looking for a good relationship of hair stylists. Stylers family hair were positive and inviting. They told me to come in when I needed and cut my hair exactly how I needed it. Will definitely come back and make them my stylist family
