I've recently moved to Virginia and was reluctant to search for a hair stylist. Candace exceeded all expectations and I was disappointed I waited so long. She's an excellent listener, communicator, and equally talented with hair! I can't wait until my next appointment. The entire experience was above and beyond. Highest recommendation, you will walk out on a cloud with happiness and confidence!

My goodness Karina’s is AMAZING!!! I went for the first time today and WOW! Everyone was so incredibly sweet, friendly and inviting! Glory did my cut and color and did a phenomenal job😁 Devin works the front desk and is so sweet to talk to and works with your schedule (I have 3 small boys, which can be difficult scheduling things!) Cathy was wonderful too as we chatting for a bit about kids and welcomed me to the salon! It truly is a hidden gem of a salon. Check it out!!!!

IMHO, five stars is not nearly enough. I’m thinking more like 15 would suit. As a long-term customer, I can truly say I get as many compliments about my hair today as I did when I started coming here. In fact, a woman once stopped me in the Atlanta airport ladies room *demanding* to know who did my hair! The new location is bright and has plenty of parking.

I am new to Richmond and I called the day of to see their availability. They were very friendly able to fit me in at the last minute. My stylist was Cathy and she was very friendly and easy to consult with! I wanted to change up my hair without doing anything too drastic and she was able to adjust to my ideas about layers and angles even after blowing out my hair. I got a regular cut with partial highlights and the price was extremely reasonable compared to a lot of salons I've been to. The products and techniques they used have made my hair and scalp feel so refreshed! I can't stop touching or looking at my hair! It's refreshing to go to a salon and get all your needs met and feel like you're pampering yourself without everything being too overpriced or feeling like the salon is too busy to accommodate you. I will definitely be returning! Thank yoto everyone there!

I cannot in all good conscience recommend this place. I tried a treatment ($350) to smooth my hair and incredibly, the texture worsened . I texted a picture to my stylist, who ignored me(-although she had no problem texting to ask about an apartment). This after she cut several inches off of my hair because she didn’t feel like detangling it, and followed the treatment with a dry cut . Glory doesn’t have a passion for the work, doesn’t prioritize customer satisfaction, and can be quite lazy .

Up until the last time, I liked this place quite a bit. When I came in for my last haircut, it was my usual stylist whom I like. Usually, there is a blow dry or some styling with hair product before I leave. This time I was sent out with a wet head and no styling. I paid the same amount as always, so I am not sure why it was different this time, but I will say that I can't recall ever leaving a salon with a wet head. It struck me as very unprofessional.

I was working in the area and stopped in hoping to get my hair cut. Ms. Tess did my hair cut and it is just the way I wanted....Thx Tess, I'll be back...
