I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. My haircut was uneven and poorly blended, with about a three-inch difference in length between the layers. The sides were also noticeably uneven. The stylist curled my ends, which seemed to conceal the issues. However, after washing it at home the next day, I could clearly see how uneven and choppy the cut was. I returned a few days later to have it corrected. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment of how significant the issues were. The manager explained that the only way to fully fix it would be to remove three or more additional inches, which left me with a much shorter haircut than I wanted,and one I still don’t like. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed. I came in for a simple 2 inches trim and roots touch up before an important work trip, and instead left with this bad haircut that i have to deal with.

They validate parking for the building. I highly, highly recommend!

Quality is like Super Cuts. I lost about $250. The gloss treatment was about $145 and my hair is more tangled and unmanageable than ever. They put heat to it 3 different times. I've done gloss treatments before and this wasn't it. And I calmly told them that I was upset and they told me to wash my hair and if I was still not satisfied they would just put my hair through the whole process again. I don't like how they handled the situation. And the manager only messaged the front desk girl to relay the information. I think this shows really bad management and the Fact that the manager wouldn’t face me says a lot . I don't think it was the stylist's fault I think she was just following the instructions of whoever told her this was the gloss treatment. If I could add a suggestion, I would tell them to take the hair gloss off of their menu and or review the product itself because it was in a non-descript bottle. If you're looking for a good salon GO TO Arcade Lane in Pasadena instead.

The WORST hair cut ever!!!! 1. It cut very unevenly and have some weird curve all over sides 2. The front fringe is very weird and ugly cut which is thick like half amount of the hair. Don’t tell me this was a style. I had the trust at the store so I didn’t leave a lot of comments throughout the cutting process. But when they dried the hair. I realized how ugly it is and it’s been too late.

I had such a great experience with Anna! She was very professional, attentive, and precise. I showed her a photo of the style I wanted, and she recreated it perfectly. She also gave me the most relaxing head massage, which was such a nice touch. I left feeling refreshed and so happy with my haircut. I highly recommend Anna’s services to anyone looking for a stylist who truly listens and delivers exactly what you ask for.
