Spa Du Lac

Nice facility, but I was disappointed with the final product. I asked for a gel manicure. They confirmed once if not twice or more at the time of the appointment. The polish did not go all the way to the nail bed-looking like my nails grew out even though I just had it. I wanted to give it a chance and didn’t really have the time to have them fix it. These pictures are from Thursday evening. I had it done Wednesday afternoon. They’ve peeled since, with some areas of polish being super thick. I just don’t think this is the quality a gel manicure for $100 should have.

I didn’t get any service — we just walked in to ask if they take appointments only and what their earliest availability was. Since the time didn’t work for us, we didn’t book anything. Still, the vibe just wasn’t it. I didn’t feel welcome here. It was our first time, so we might’ve looked a bit confused or unsure where to start, but I don’t think we’ll be back.

This spa facility is none !!!!! I never seen this before!!! they take me to the looker where I can put my stuff, but don’t tell me how to do it , n just grab wherever the bathrobe for me it’s broken one 😖and tell me go change ,after I come out with no body here , I try to lock my stuff but the locker won’t work , n I can’t find a towels, I go look for it myself, only one I see is the one look very old and yellow, you can tell it been used million times! And have hole on it , it look like 10 years past they never change!!!!!! And I "found "the shower room white out help, but they have no shower gel no shampoo😖 all the bottle is reaching to empty point， after I take a shower, I tried to go to blow dry my hair, but they had no comb ! I have long hair, I have to look like a crazy person hair to walk out the spa , 😖😖😖No drink no water no fruit. What a horrible place.🫥

I would say this was my worst spa experience ever but I had no experience. I arrived 25 minutes early for a massage appointment, as I had never been to this spa before. The woman at front sent me to the men's locker room and said "Someone should be back there." Well there was nobody back there. I was unfamiliar with the place, needed a larger robe, didn't know how to work the locker locks, just needed someone to help me familiarize with the place. After 25 minutes I got dressed and left. The only good thing is the service, that I didn't receive, was complimentary. So I didn't have to pay for the service I didn't receive. Needless to say, I'll NEVER GO BACK! In fact, I may take gambling business elsewhere. There are other casinos in the area. Shame on Spa du Lac, you've ruined what I thought was going to be, a nice day!!

The staff are always kind and pleasant. Salon: Laura & Megan do a great job of listening to my style requests and making my hair look fabulous. Spa: Kelly & Madeline, I love getting my hydrofacials from these ladies. The massages are superb as well. Definitely recommend the spa services here.

I’ve been enjoying the salon and spa services for seven years now. Everyone is professional, kind and good at what they do. I absolutely love Sarah and the girls in the Salon. The front desk people are always helpful and courteous. I’ll keep coming back!
