Honestly not the best experience.. my stylist was Amanda. She was 10 minutes late to the appointment, truly not a good first impression but she did apologize and say it’s been a crazy morning. Hey, we’ve all had those so I brushed past it. I told her what I was looking for, volume, face frame, not too many layers. I wanted a bouncy blowout/style as well - I mentioned this at the time I booked the appt and as well when she sat me down to go through the plan. Throughout the appointment, I attempted conversation but it truly just seemed like I was bothering her as she never engaged back. She rushed through it all.. For my results, I received minimal face frame, and a straight across haircut for the back. I will say my hair does feel better. But the customer service was awful and I didn’t receive what I wanted. She took the cape off and was like "okay I accept these forms of payment.." and I was like so taken back because I didn’t get styled or a blowout. So I asked about that and she said "well typically the cut is $55 and it’s gonna be $65 with the style". She also seemed annoyed that I wanted more - though it’s what I asked for the entire time. She didn’t give me a mirror to look in the back, my fault I could’ve asked but also apart of me felt like she didn’t do that because again- she didn’t care, I was a waste of time. I said just go ahead with the styling because I really wanted it. She said "okay well while my iron heats up I’m going to do my next clients bangs real quick" I said it was okay because hey why not. It took 20 minutes and by the end of it I said let me pay and get out of here. I’m a stay at home mom, getting out and having me time was important and I was so excited. However, this experience was so sad to me I actually cried about it. Hearing all the other stylists interact with their clients (including her with her cut while I waited) just made me feel awful. On top of not receiving what I wanted.. this is why I don’t go and do things for myself /: Hopefully it was just a bad day for her and the rest of her clients don’t experience this. I’d return to the salon to another stylist but unfortunately Amanda isn’t the one for me.

If you want an excellent facial, focused on your specific skin needs, Jackie is the BEST! I have had many facials from Jackie and have never been dissapointed. My skin has improved so much since going to her at the French Door. I highly reccommend you try a facial by Jackie. Not only are the facials great, but she is the sweetest!

My daughter (10) and I had facials with Jackie! She is amazing! Everything was wonderful from the moment we entered to when we left. They have an option to book online which I love!!! Jackie offered a teen massage which was perfect for my daughter and offered me a spot in the room so we each felt comfortable. The experience was perfection! This might be our new back to school tradition!

I can not express my gratitude enough for Jackie and the way she has taken care of my skin. Upon coming to her a few months ago, my skin was the worst it has ever been and within 4 months time my skin has completely changed and looks better than ever before! I highly recommend her for your skincare needs. Jackie is also authentic and just a pleasure to see. I look forward to my appointments every month. Thank you for everything you do!

I highly recommend French Door Salon & Spa! I did my hair, coloring and haircut and I am very satisfied (and i am usually a picky customer)! Alyvia did an amazing job. Very professional and kind! Definitely will be back 🤩

I had my hopes up about this place but I’m so disappointed. I never been in a Spa that one person does it all, I went there for gel manicure nails, pedicure, tint brown, lip and chin wax and hair blowout with styling. I went there 15 minutes later because of my work schedule changed last minute, I wasn’t able to have the waxing service done, everything else was done from one person called Ale, she’s trying her best but she is not all skilled to nails service, my nails are breaking down after a week, pedicure polish is crumbled, my blowout and styling last 2 days, the only service that last for my week vacation trip was the brown tint. Unfortunately a very disappointing experience.

Leah is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. My hair was completely burned and in a mess, but Leah made it colored and nice. She is an expert and professional artist ever. I always go to her for my hair and nowhere else.
