I visited this place yesterday with a friend for a massage, and it was a wonderful experience. The masseuse was incredibly welcoming and provided an exceptionally relaxing massage that really helped relieve my fatigue. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and plan to come back in the future.

It was a very weird experience. I scheduled 90 minutes for a massage and specifically asked for a female massage therapist. I wanted to fully relax because I was dealing with a bad headache and neck pain. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and I just wanted to feel better. The female massage therapist started working on my scalp, neck and massaged my forehead to ease my headache. I was so happy and relaxed. I haven’t had enough sleep due to my headache and I was looking forward to sleeping during my treatment. However, my massage was rudely interrupted 10 minutes after by the guy that works at the front desk. He came into the room while I was getting a massage and went close to my face and spoke quietly and said he would take over my massage. I was confused. I looked at the female massage therapist and she said, "oh he’s very good" and again - I was so confused. The reason why he took over was because they had a male client walk in and he requested a female. There was no other massage therapist available so the guy that works at the front desk just made a decision by switching with her. I was so uncomfortable the whole time and I stayed awake. I don’t even know if he has his massage license because he was very aggressive and rough. It just didn’t feel right. On top of that, he kept leaving the room to answer the phone and to greet anyone that walked in. He didn’t wash his hands or anything before returning to the room. They catered to the walk-in client and respected his request. I had an appointment and asked for a female massage therapist but they took her away during my session and the guy took over. It was such a weird experience. My head was hurting so bad I didn’t even want to argue about it. I regret not saying anything.

*update: still amazing! NO SHADY BUSINESS. I was partially covered the whole time, never exposed or inappropriately touched. Fantastic massage by Emmy. She really knows how to release knots and had good even pressure throughout. I got a Swedish massage which was a bit light but when I asked her to increase pressure she did. Great pricing, clean, reputable and will definitely go back. One of the best massages I’ve had in years. NO SHADY BUSINESS or asking for tips but I definitely tipped. Mandy gave me a terrific deep tissue massage. She asked about pressure, listened when I asked her to be careful around a problem area. The hot stone massage was unexpected but welcome. Only suggestions I’d have is make it a bit warmer or provide thicker towels. Very nice place. I’ll return.

It was relaxing, but it didn’t release any tension. If you want massage therapy to release stiff muscles, it’s not likely the ladies here will do much. It felt awkward constantly asking them to go harder or lighter, so I eventually stopped. They’re good for stress relief, but not muscle relief.

WARNING ⚠️ FOR WOMEN. Had an extremely weird experience here. I had a male which was fine because I hadn’t requested a female or male it didn’t bother me either way because I hadn’t any issues with males at any other establishment before, However this guy was very strangely fixed on my buttocks. At some point he had more than half of my bottom exposed and continued to massage. I was so uncomfortable I told him it was ok that he didn’t need to massage my bottom anymore and I pulled my under garments up. He then proceeded with the massage and slightly pulled my under garments down again. He didn’t try to keep me covered at all. I felt as though he wanted to be able to see my bottom. I’ve had many massages and never felt this uncomfortable before. I understand massaging glutes can be quite normal during a massage but there is a professional way to do so and this guy definitely didn’t do it that way. I will absolutely never visit this establishment again! Also he left twice during my massage to answer the phone at the front desk. I’m disgusted and upset that I paid for an experience that made me feel like I wanted to cry rather than me feeling amazing and relaxed after. Most times I fall asleep during a massage but with this guy I was so tense I couldn’t even relax let alone fall asleep. He should not be massaging women because he can’t control himself. WOMEN BE WARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Request only women to do your massage although I read another review here where a young lady stated she requested a female and 10 minutes into her massage a male (seems the same one I had) came in and made her massage very uncomfortable as well. DO NOT GO HERE FOR MASSAGES. EDIT: you all replied to my review with INCORRECT INFORMATION! First: the masseur being married has absolutely nothing to do with my experience. Second: THERE WERE NO Sterile towels placed over my body! I was COMPLETELY exposed. Please do not respond to my review with lies about an experience that you were not there for. I do not ever do reviews but my experience was that of an experience I feel people especially WOMEN should know about. Third: I would never come to or give your establishment my information to correct anything. I will simply never come to your establishment again.
