I had such a wonderful and relaxing experience here! The atmosphere was beautiful and calming from the moment I walked in. Nicole did an amazing job — she was kind, professional, and made sure the massage itself was absolutely perfect. The only downside I’d mention is that the spa wasn’t very size-inclusive. Unfortunately, none of the robes fit comfortably, so I was given a towel wrap underneath, which still didn’t quite fit and was a little uncomfortable. Also, the rubber slippers they provide are quite slippery after a massage — I’d recommend bringing your own if possible. Even with those small things, I would definitely come back and still highly recommend this place! Next time, I’ll just bring my own robe and slippers because everything else was truly lovely.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid for a 60-minute massage that started late because the front desk was away for 10–15 minutes, ended early, and the therapist kept going back and forth to get oil from the table. The therapist’s customer service was terrible and made the session uncomfortable. It didn’t feel like the massage it was supposed to be. I have been to other places that provided much better massages, didn’t rush, took the time to do them properly, and had excellent customer service. Kelly (manager) offered 15 extra minutes on a future massage if I paid again, completely unacceptable. I then emailed requesting a partial refund and was completely ignored. This needs to be addressed immediately. Ignoring paying customers is outrageous. It’s disappointing that instead of responding to my email requesting a refund, the manager chose to reply publicly here. My email was completely ignored, but they responded quickly once I posted a review that says a lot about how they handle customer concerns. Also, I noticed other reviews mention the same issue, customers paying for a full hour but not receiving the full service time. This seems to be a repeated problem that needs to be addressed. Rather than denying customer experiences, Arista Spa & Salon should focus on improving service quality and accountability.

I went to Arista Spa in Naperville for a Serenity Stress Relief Massage with Himalayan Stones and it was the best massage I ever had. Nattaya was the masseuse and she recognized stress in my shoulder and went to work. By the time I left I was feeling very relaxed and the tenseness was gone. if you’ve never had the pleasure of visiting Arista Spa, you should definitely plan a visit! You will not be disappointed

10 out of 10 . The ladies took great care of us. The Spa is well equipped with amenities. The facility is pristine. The atmosphere and decor is relaxing. Would Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top quality experience!

Such a great birthday gift that I received for my boyfriend they really take care of you and take their time showing you around. I definitely will be back for anniversary. The massage did go by fast. I would recommend 90 minutes. Everything they have after is amazing Brenna training and both ladies were amazing

I got a facial, though it was just putting something cream wise on my face then hand massage later wiping it off my face with a hot towel. No scrubbing no gave massage, nothing and the receipt $270, not worth it at all. My skin , my face feels like nothing happened. Come on, this much money abs i can still feel white heads!

What a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing. Professional and courteous. The relaxing waiting room was amazing. So beautiful and peaceful. I loved that they supplied hair products and hair tools in the locker room to freshen up. Had a delightful 60 minute massage and then a 60 minute facial. It was a great experience.
