I had a deeply uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at this Ulta location today. I was shopping for a specific YSL travel gift set as a birthday present, but the salesperson I encountered (white female, plump build) was dismissive from the moment I asked for help. She insisted that a Gucci set was the only one in stock. When I asked to smell the Gucci set to see if it would work as an alternative, she began talking over me and undermining my request. I had to firmly reiterate that I just wanted to smell the fragrance before making a purchase. At this point, she actually touched me without my consent. I politely but clearly asked her not to touch me, as I don’t like being touched. Immediately after I set that boundary, she completely dismissed my search and reiterated that the YSL set was not in stock without even checking the system or the shelves. I decided to look on my own, and I found the exact set I was looking for sitting right on the shelf. (See photo attached). It is incredibly disappointing to be undermined, lied to about inventory, and have my personal space violated while trying to shop. I hope management addresses this behavior, as no customer should be touched or dismissed in this manner.

Wyatt treated me so incredibly special that I just had to leave a review! From the moment I walked in, the store was beautifully organized and offered outstanding customer service. I came in looking for a new face routine, and Wyatt went above and beyond to take care of me. Ladies and gentlemen, if you’re looking for a licensed, experienced esthetician, go see WYATT! Wyatt is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. This was my second time shopping at this location, and once again I’m completely amazed. Thank you so much, Wyatt… I can’t wait to shop again!

I had a great experience yesterday finding a new shade of lipstick after mine was discontinued. Aija helped find one that was closest to my favorite Chanel color after trying all the other brands. When we found out the coupon wouldn't apply the manager Vincent got it to work and Rosa rang it up for me with the discount. Everyone was so helpful and nice it was a great experience. I will definitely be back soon for more holiday shopping!

Dominique is AMAZING! She takes her time to make sure you’re both on the same page with color and expectations! Love love her! We had some fun with a pretty rich brown/red gloss. Highly recommend her!! 🙂

Victoria went above and beyond. She helped me choose the right makeup colors for my skin and explained how to use each product in a way that was easy and not overwhelming. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable she was. I left feeling happy with my purchases. Thanks V!

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about my favorite products. Store is very meat clean. I definitely recommend this store.

Jeanne was awesome: helpful, funny & knowledgeable! She recommended the MAC Studio Radiance Serum-Powered Foundation (NW10) for me & she did a great job! I am pretty pale w/pink undertones; just turned 62 & have some teeny dry spots (used to be super oily when younger) & all foundations/tinted moisturizes, etc. settle in my pores/wrinkles, even w/high-end primers. Jeanne recommended this one & she was right! It actually gave me the teeniest dewy effect (not too much) & it covered the perfect amount w/out looking like pancake makeup! It suited my tone perfectly and literally lasted from lunch til 8 p.m. Longer if I hadn't taken it off. I am SO happy that she was there & recommended this for me. I love MAC anyway so this is great! She also helped me find a cute putty blush & showed me how to put it on. She never acted rushed - she just had a great attitude! I would go back there just to learn from her & hang out w/her! She is great! (I gave the store a 4 due to them being out of MANY testers on the lesser expensive side of the store.)
