Do better Ulta Maple Grove staff. I was just in the store and made a purchase 12.24.25 at 2:15pm. I checked out and forgot that I needed a travel item for a cruise I'm taking in a couple of weeks. I was in clear view of the ladies working the registers the entire time as the travel stuff is right by the registers. Its not like I left the store and came back later. I asked them to honor the 20% off coupon I had just used on my previous purchase. At first they said they could not do it. After I had suggested that they honor it because I just checked out 3 minutes before that and explained to them that it would be the right thing to do. The young lady that had just checked me out said a manager would have to do it. The manager as standing right next to her and said she would be a while working with another customer checking them out. It was obvious by her tone that she was not interested in helping me. I'm in the customer service industry at a woman's clothing store right around the corner from the Maple Grove Ulta. I'll be sure to tell every woman coming into my store about my experience. It would have been an easy thing to do to keep a long-time customer. They saw that I have Platinum status when they pulled up my telephone number and even commented on it. I shop this Ulta store a lot. Looks like I need to find a new store. Very disappointed. I hear Sephora calling my name.

Just sharing my experience for others if they also had experience this I have done store pick many times especially this location since it’s closer to my house. Never have I miss an item until this time I was missing an elf brows Brow Lift Applicator. Before I call I check my car maybe it fell of the bag wasn’t there. So I call the store and they said they were going to back track and see if they can find it and they will call me back. So I was like okay and went to double check my car just incase didn’t find it. They call me and they hi we seen the camera and we can see a corner of it so it was there and also we seen the employee check the bag with you. Yes honestly she did but she was going quick and honestly I trusted her so I wasn’t really paying attention and I’m a bit shy so I was just agreeing with her. But at the end they said they couldn’t do anything for me since I left the store with my items. So if you guys are doing a store pick up don’t be like me and double check your order for yourself. Lesson learn

I had a really bad experience at this location. I had a scheduled appointment for my makeup, and when I arrived, I was told that the person assigned to me was assisting someone else and that I would need to wait. I explained that I had a function to attend and was on a strict timeline because I was performing, but they said there was nothing they could do. After speaking with the manager and waiting another 15 minutes, I was told I would have to wait an additional 15 minutes—and even then, someone could only apply eyeshadow, with no base or full makeup. That was unacceptable, especially since I had an appointment. I was extremely upset and ended up leaving without getting my makeup done. This was unprofessional and very disappointing. I will not be returning to Ulta again.

ANGELA IS AMMAAAAZING!!! I went into Ulta for some new face tinted cream, and Angela showed me exactly what I was looking for. She definitely was an expert in her field and so I asked her about a lip gloss and she picked out the PERFECT shade right away, then she helped me with eyeliner and just gave me the best tips and help! She is one in a million! She knew so much and was SO. INCREDIBLY. GIFTED. At what she does!!! 10/10 experience! She needs to be the CEO or something or else create her own brand company to help people feel amazing about themselves. She literally makes everyone feel beautiful and brings out the best in others! She then gave my daughter a lipgloss sample that is lovely and We bought some of that. Then she did my 2 sisters makeup tips and we all got so many amazing goodies! She is such a gift and I’m so grateful we met her. If she had her own company, I would hire her multiple times a year. ANGELA IS INCREDIBLE. I am only sad she travels often and isn’t at this store every day as she travels to multiple stores. But when she is in town, ask for her!!!

Ulta Beauty Maple Grove: Wow! So many pretty things in this store! My husband and I came here to smell the robot cologne to see if we wanted to purchase it. Unfortunately they didn't have it as a tester. But we smelled a few others. It didn't seem like they had a lot that we could smell, compared to Nordstrom at Ridgedale. Then we bought a two pack of mini cologne Robot (I don't know what that's called officially) for $35. Everyone was so nice here, parking was easy! Enjoy all my pics!

I visited Ulta this past weekend when I needed some new products. I browsed around and one of your workers, Jaedin, came to my aid and helped me find a shade match in hourglass. He was very knowledgeable and quickly found my shade. I also asked if there were any good brow products, and he informed me They had some great Christmas deals, and recommended some of the Benefit Christmas products because they were a better deal. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

I hardly recognize this place anymore. Their product selection has really changed over the last year. Most of the products I normally get either don't exist anymore or they stopped carrying them. I'm sure it would be easier to shop online than deal with the in-person shopping. This store just feels so crammed like I'm constantly bumping into someone.
