I normally go to river gate or just order online, however, I did not feel like driving that way. I simply stopped here for some mouth wash & pimple patches. I noticed I was running low on my "Chanel" they don’t carry in stores. (Well rockhill location) So I just went ahead and ordered it there and the girl seemed to be getting aggravated b/c I done a online order and reg purchase and wanted to use my points: The boss woman, or supervisor also gave her a funny look like I didn’t peep it. I’m gonna ask questions before I spend my money. You can get the next customer in line. Your ulta is trash. I tried to return some olay here bc the shade was to light but they "didn’t carry olay". "They could only return the money to my card". They lock all of their perfumes up bc "it’s policy". Not our fault people steal, why would I wanna buy a fragrance open it to smell and have to bring it back. Other ultas carry almost EVERYTHING & no nothing is locked up. Not to mention they watch you like a hawk. 😩🚩 customer service is yuck.

Visited this store during Christmas week. Tia was exceptional. She was very patient, listened well and assisted with color matching. She even assisted me over a week later when I had an issue with the packaging (unusual seepage) of an item I purchased. The customer service at this location can be a challenge at times, but Tia was definitely a standout.

This was my first time going into an Ulta store, and I was amazed by all the different items offered. The store was pristine & the isles were so clean. The associates were very helpful. With all the new makeups coming out and my age; I'm going to make an appointment to have one of their cosmopologist to give me a makeover. If you have never gone into Ulta, give it a try. I'm sure you will love Ulta as I have.

If y'all need your hair done, look no further than booking Regina!! She is so kind, attentive, and personable. I think that it's really important to build that connection/relationship with your client and make a wonderful, lasting impression on them. She's very knowledgeable about the hair products sold at Ulta and took the time to break down what each product does what/benefits of products. To add on to this, I received a gloss treatment and color from her, wanted to go darker for Fall, and the results are stunning!! Will definitely get my hair done by her again!! 😇🥰🥰

If you’re a female you’re being price gouged here. On Neutrogena you literally could drive to Target and save 40% on the same products available across the street. In just purchasing two products you could pay for Starbucks in the morning. Yeah, Starbucks is a ripoff too, but just saying! Just use your Target app and scan the products and save! And, they’ll just bring it to your car for free!

I've been going to this ulta since it opened and it's always been clean and had what i need but I wanted to write a review to commend Ashley on her exceptional customer service helping me the other day! She went out of her way to greet me with a smile and help me find what I needed and was so kind and helpful to me and other customers!

My boyfriend went in to find a few things I had listed on my Christmas list. As you can imagine that’s an intimidating task sadly he was met with no customer service. He asked for help and the woman walked briskly away from him without saying a word. Didn’t point to anything and didn’t help. By the time he looked up to ask for another item she was gone. I have been going to ulta for yearsss it’s the only place I shop for makeup but after hearing this I’ll never return. The Christmas season is stressful for us all there is no need to make it worse.
