If you need a haircut, style, brows done and so much more; Crystal at Ulta is your girl!!!! Been going to her for a few months now and she’s made me feel so comfortable and confident! If you have kiddos needing haircuts, she is amazing with them as well! Went in for a cut, blowout and brows, and left feeling so beautiful with my new look!

No employees helped when in the store. The girl I asked a question to was on her phone and acted like I was bothering her. She just said they don’t have the brand and didn’t even look at helping me order it or anything when Ulta carries the brand. Will move all future shopping to online.

Went to the Ulta salon asking for a trim and some layers with curtain bangs. Showed me how much hair needed to come off for my ends which was maybe 2 inches. My hair was all the way down my back when I walked in, and now I'm missing almost a foot of hair. I couldn't tell how much came off until I got home because it was curled. Needless to say, not happy.

Krystal was nothing less than amazing patient and kind! I went in kind of in a panic and she immediately stepped forward to help me out! I honestly felt like she was my friend, not an employee!!! Thank you Krystal for saving the day! She would definitely get a raise for her customer service!

This Ulta really surprises my NYC heart. I had almost forgotten that there is someone available to test makeup products, recommend, etc. Today I brought my mother in who is not a makeup fanatic but was looking for a natural and easy glam look. We were assisted by Sabrina who not only color match my mother but also recommended products based on conversation/questions asked. We spent way more than intended but left so happy. Sabrina is patient, respectful, and very very kind. Thank you Ulta.

I had an issue with a defective product and was a bit frustrated going into the return process. Thankfully, Krystal went above and beyond to help me. She was kind, patient, and truly made things right. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days, and I really appreciate her professionalism and willingness to make sure I left satisfied. Thank you for turning a negative situation into a positive experience!

I went into ulta seeking a lot help with makeup, I needed all new supplies. Krystal was amazing! She helped me find everything I needed and taught me how to apply and which products would be best! Truly an amazing experience! Highly recommend!
