Kohl's

I'm sorry that Kohl's and Amazon came to a return agreement, that Amazon now will only allows one item per return and I'm sorry that UPS does not accept QR scans. But that doesn't mean Kohl's employees should be annoyed that a customer has an Amazon return. It's becoming an unpleasant experience. It was much easier when the returns were in the back of the store. I do enjoy how clean the store is and the selections. The employees are very friendly when I'm purchasing something, just not when there's a return.

Very nice lady just helped me with luggage selection and pricing. I'll be back. I'm glad there's a Kohl's in town.

Wow, I had an Amazon return issue and Angie a manger went OUT OF HER WAY to help me sort it out and receive my full return! She even called me later in the day to let me know she found my package, labeled it and finished what I didn’t complete. It was my mistake BUT she fixed it! I’ll be shopping there more and less with Amazon! Hometown is better!!

Today i was there got 5 dollars kohls cash that I have to use today, and I had a 30 percent offcoupon and the checker after she insulted me told me i couldn't use it. Not very happy.

Its Kohl's. What do you expect? Stuff was on sale and thats always a good deal. Staff was intelligent and kind as well as friendly, will probably shop here again.

Sometimes they have what I'm looking for but more often than not they don't. They have for good coupons but they're new deadline to use Kohl's cash is not very consumer friendly.
