SEPHORA at Kohl's

We recently visited this Sephora inside Kohl's on an early Saturday afternoon. The Kohls was not very busy and there were only a couple of customers looking around Sephora. Everything looked clean and was organized. The displays were all full. My fiancee was looking for a new perfume and after a couple of minutes of deciding on which one, an employee helped us immediately. They had the specific size she wanted in stock, which doesn't always happen! Check out was a breeze at this location too. Sometimes at a standalone Sephora store you can wait upwards of 10 minutes to check out when it's busy. The couple of employees that were there when we visited were very nice and helpful.

I’m usually an ulta girl but I came to do an Amazon drop off and I figured I’d stop by. I was visibly confused and needed help and even told them I didn’t know where anything was and I got absolutely no help. They were too busy taking about their personal plans. They didn’t even look in my direction I was completely ignored
